UNIBAB, version 2.0: Monte Carlo event generation for large angle Bhabha scattering at LEP

H. Anlauf; P. Manakos; Thomas Mannel; Thorsten Ohl; H. Meinhard; Hans Dieter Dahmen

Abstract This paper describes version 2.0 of the Monte Carlo event generator UNIBAB for Bhabha scattering at LEP/SLC. UNIBAB includes higher order electromagnetic radiative corrections and the effects of soft photon exponentiation explicitly. Weak corrections are included through the use of an electroweak library.

KRONOS: A Monte Carlo event generator for higher order electromagnetic radiative corrections to deep inelastic scattering at HERA

H. Anlauf; Hans Dieter Dahmen; P. Manakos; Thomas Mannel; Thorsten Ohl

Abstract We present the Monte Carlo even generator KRONOS for deep inelastic lepton-hadron scattering at HERA. KRONOS focusses on the description of electromagnetic corrections beyond the existing fixed order calculations.

WOPPER: a Monte Carlo event generator for W off-shell pair production including higher order electromagnetic radiative corrections

H. Anlauf; J. Biebel; A. Himmler; P. Manakos; Thomas Mannel; W. Schönau; Hans Dieter Dahmen

Abstract We present the Monte Carlo event generator WOPPER for off-shell W pair production and decays into four fermions at electron-positron colliders. WOPPER focusses on the description of higher-order electromagnetic radiative corrections.

Higher order radiative corrections to the QED Compton events at HERA

H. Anlauf; Hans Dieter Dahmen; P. Manakos; Thomas Mannel; Thorsten Ohl

We estimate the higher order QED corrections to the QED Compton events at HERA employing the leading logarithmic approximation to all orders in α. The Compton events are events of the typee+p→e′+γ+ Hadrons, wheree′ and γ have nearly balancedpT.

kronos: A Monte Carlo event generator for higher order QED corrections at HERA — Status report

H. Anlauf; P. Manakos; Thomas Mannel; Hans Dieter Dahmen; Thorsten Ohl

Abstract We report on the status of the Monte Carlo event generator KRONOS for deep inelastic lepton hadron scattering at HERA. kronos focusses on the description of electronmagnetic corrections beyond the existing fixed order calculations.

Consistency of effective, relativistic four-point interactions for nuclei

H. Anlauf; P. Manakos; Thorsten Ohl

We derive consistency conditions for effective field theoretic models for nuclei with four-fermion couplings. The transformation properties of these consistency conditions under the renormalization group are discussed.
