Contact force is a complicated force in practical problem. By using the powerful function of ADAMS in dynamics analysis, we can solve it in a comparatively accurate way. Since a number of parameters are involved in the simulation in ADAMS, the initialization of them has a great influence on the simulation. Aiming at the contact force between wheels of wheel chair and ground, the value of the parameters was calculated and analyzed in this paper. The main research object in this paper is the parameter of the ADAMS/Solver. The result of the dynamics simulation is also used to test whether the parameters are defined properly or not. With this method, we find a better way to define the parameters in ADAMS.

The authors build the three-dimensional model of stack-manipulator to aluminum-ingot in SoildWorks,and then import the model into Adams to create a simulation model via the interface between them.Adams runs dynamic and kinematics simulation of the model to measure some kinematic data of manipulator and the contact force of gear part.The dynamic simulations have forecasted the performance of products based on the model well and show the importance of Adams in product development.

On the research and development of the Stack-Manipulator to Aluminum-Ingot, the Stack-Manipulator 3D model was established by using SolidWorks and imported into ADAMS via the interface between them. And then the authors got the torque and angular velocity curves after adding the driving and constraints. Finally, this paper chose the servo motors by using the simulated results. The results provide a reliable and scientific basis for the development of the control system.

This paper established a model of mechanical arm of hot extruding and upsetting machine. According to design requirements of mechanical arm of hot upsetting extruding machine, established the 3D model of parts and the parts assembly by using 3D modeling software SolidWorks. This design realizes cyclical movement of mechanical arm that 120° level rotation and up-downswing 15° by incomplete gear mechanism and cam mechanism, and verified the feasibility of designing the project by SolidWorks.

The deformation seriously affects the quality of the products, which is one of the common defects of plastic parts in the injection molding. Factorial design and CAE technology was used to study the products warping rate influence in this paper. The minimum warping rate was obtained through the Minitab software and the optimized process parameters are verified with the Moldflow software. Experimental results show that the optimization design is effective and the warpage of the product is reduced.

The 3D model of a multi-functional office chair is completed by SolidWorks and imported into ADAMS. On this basis, we establish damping rubber model by ANSYS and import it into ADAMS through the interface between ADAMS and ANSYS. In this way, the damping rubber is added to dynamics simulation of the chair. The simulation results show that the damping rubber model established by ANSYS can bring perfect damping effects between the gear and base when the rubber is used in the chair. The results also show that the design of the multi-functional office chair can fully meet the requirements.

Take a automobile bumper for example, analysis of effect of process parameters on warpage of a automobile bumper, including melt temperature, injection time, cooling time and packing pressure, on the warpage of the automobile bumper were analyzed by means of Moldflow software. The results show the warpage decrease of the increase of the injection time, the cooling time and the packing pressure, but when the packing pressure reached 45MPa, the warpage slightly increased; the melt temperature should be picked out by the characteristics of the plastics material.

In view of the existing problem of the traditional aluminium ingot stacking practices, it was important significance to research and develop a stack-manipulator that includes various functions to do portage and stack. According to the demand of stacking, the motion system of the Stack-manipulator based on four degrees was finished. The kinematics equation of the manipulator was set up using the D-H theory, On this base, Some of the kinematics problems of this stack-manipulator were discussed and these reliable basis were provided for the research of the manipulators dynamics and control and trajectory planning.

Importantly, this chair is the combination of fitness and massage function. So it is practical and cnvenient to the office crowd.

Established the model of automatic feed punching mechanism by using 3D modeling software SolidWorks, we finished the 3D model of parts and parts assembly according to the design automatic feed punching mechanism’s requirements. This design based on the double-crank seven-bar mechanism as pressing mechanism and cam mechanism as feeding mechanism, completed the combination of pressing mechanism and feeding mechanism and the automation of the mechanism.
