Regardless of whether the client handles project management autonomously or assigns it to external service providers – the more consequentially and extensive the various tasks are handled, the better the result is going to be. This applies in terms of function and architecture as well as economical optimization aspects, sticking to the specifi ed cost frame and clear sequences with adherence to the agreed schedule. Mit der neuen Planungstechnologie Building Information Modeling (BIM) wird die Digitalisierung als ein groser Schritt hin zum industrialisierten Bauen genutzt, ohne dass es wesentliche Einschrankungen der Gestaltungsfreiheit gibt. Schlieslich ist BIM eine geniale Basis fur eine industrialisierte Produktion und Vorfertigung sowie eine „just in time“ organisierte Ablauf- und Logistikplanung.

Mag das Projekt noch so gut vorbereitet, geplant und ausgefuhrt sein – die Zufriedenheit des Bauherrn hangt letztlich davon ab, ob alles gut funktioniert, wenn die Nutzer bzw. die Mieter einziehen.
