Haryono, No 167 Malang e-mail: [email protected] Abstract Public transportation terminal constitute of transportation node that function as a place of passenger transit to the other mode of transportation. The study was conducted at Becora terminal in period of time shown less optimum performance services and poor facility condition as standardized for a type B terminal. The objective of study was to find out factors influencing operational performance in Becora terminal, to make recommendation by increasing terminal performance regarding to terminal customer service and also the formula regression model the correlation between quality service and influential variables. Data analysis to be down by importance performance analysis (IPA) methods and quality funcitional deploymen(QFD) methods, also regression analysis to create predictable model and simulation of influential correlation between service variable to quality service. The result of IPA analysis shown 14 attributes of services stayed in I quadran wich become to principal priority of rehabilitation , whereas the QFD shown 8 technical response collected for rehabilitation attribute of service. Model to be obtained by multiple linear regression analysis were Y= -0,328 + 0.276 X3 with value R2 = 0.274 so that comfortable variables (X3) become influential variables 72.4 % regarding to quality service. Keywords: Terminal, IPA analysis, QFD Analysis Abstrak Terminal angkutan umum merupakan salah satu simpul transportasi yang berfungsi sebagai tempat transit penumpang untuk beralih ke moda angkutan umum lain. Kajian dilakukan pada Terminal Becora yang pada saat ini kinerja Pelayanannya kurang optimal dan kondisi fasilitas pelayanan terminal yang masih sangat minim dari yang distandarkan oleh suatu terminal tipe B. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja operasional terminal Becora, membuat rekomendasi guna meningkatan kinerja Terminal terhadap kepuasaan pengguna jasa terminal serta membuat model regresi hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan dan variabel yang mempengaruhinya. Analisa data dilakukan dengan metode IPA (importance performance analysis) dan metode quality funcitional deployment (QFD) serta analisa regresi untuk membuat model prediksi dan simulasi pengaruh hubungan yang terjadi antara variabel pelayanan dengan kualitas pelayanan. Hasil analisa IPA menunjukkan 14 atribut pelayanan berada di kuadran I yang menjadi prioritas utama perbaikan, sedangkan pada analisa quality functional deployment (QFD) didapatkan 8 respon teknis yang dapat dilakukan untuk perbaikan atribut-atribut pelayanan tersebut. Model yang didapatkan dari analisa regresi linear berganda yaitu: Y= -0.328+0.276X3 dengan nilai R2= 0.724, sehingga variabel kenyamanan (X3) menjadi variabel yang berpengaruh sebesar 72.4% terhadap kualitas pelayanan (Y). Haryono, Malang, Jatim e-mail: [email protected] Abstract An increasing number of students, faculty and staff that occurred at UB will produce a number of traffic movements are quite large due to use of each vehicle to campus, so that the number of vehicles entering volume resulting difficulty in obtaining adequate parking. Therefore this study aims to find out what the existing parking capacity at UB Campus, knowing what the parking needs at the present time, how the model predictions parking needs for the purpose of parking for 5 years to come, and make recommendations to the parking arrangement of five years to come. Models obtained from multiple linear regression analysis are: Y1 = 132.437 + 0.068 X2 0,780 R2 value, and Y2 = 17.149 + 0249 X3 0,952 R2 value. The capacity of the existing car park at the Campus UB at this time in the amount of 624 SRP, while the capacity of the motorcycle that is equal to 5.312 SRP, and the need for car parking space at the moment at UB in the amount of 693 SRP, and to the needs of motorcycle parking space that is equal to 5.902 SRP. In order to meet the parking needs for the coming 5 years is the provision of alternative parking deck in 5 regions, with a total overall SRP for motorcycle with an area of 1.405 SRP of 2.107,5 m2 and parking for four-wheeled vehicles by 35 SRP with a land area of 437,5 m2 parking Keywords : Parking capacity, SRP, Regression Analysis, Parking Building Abstrak Peningkatan jumlah mahasiswa, dosen dan karyawan yang terjadi di UB akan menghasilkan jumlah pergerakan lalu lintas yang besar karena menggunakan kendaraan pribadi menuju kampus, sehingga mengakibatkan kesulitan mendapatkan tempat parkir. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapakah kapasitas parkir, berapakah kebutuhan parkir pada saat sekarang , bagaimanakah model kebutuhan parkir untuk keperluan prediksi parkir untuk 5 tahun yang akan datang, membuat rekomendasi penataan parkir pada 5 tahun yang akan datang. Model yang didapatkan dari analisa regresi linier berganda adalah :Y1 = 132,437 + 0.068 X2 memiliki nilai R2 0.780, dan Y2 = 17,149 + 0.249 X3 memiliki nilai R2 0.952. Kapasitas parkir mobil yaitu 624 SRP, sedangkan kapasitas sepeda motor yaitu 5.312 SRP. Kebutuhan ruang parkir mobil yaitu 693 SRP, dan kebutuhan ruang parkir sepeda motor yaitu 5.902 SRP. Guna memenuhi kebutuhan parkir untuk 5 tahun yang akan datang adalah dengan penyediaan alternatif gedung parkir di 5 kawasan, dengan total SRP keseluruhan untuk sepeda motor 1.405 SRP dengan luas parkir 2.107,5 m2 dan untuk mobil sebesar 35 SRP dengan luas parkir sebesar 437,5 m2 Kata Kunci: Kapasitas Parkir, SRP, Analisa Regresi, Gedung Parkir

Models in mathematic is a media to help and that can be used for simplifying a reality, so that it will make an easier understanding on a complexs phenomenon. Transportation models is a model that can be used for explaining the transportation phenomenon with mathematic equation models. Based on the accident data, the number of traffic accident in Batu City is considered to be high. Therefore, in this study, the objective is to develop the Generalized Linear Model for motorcycle accident for Batu City in East Java Province. Using some statistical analysis it is found about the best-fit motorcycle accident model. The model shows that the affecting factors are flow, shoulder width and speed, therefore local government should improve some related factor (flow, shoulder width and speed) that can reduce the number of motorcycle accident at crossing road in Batu City.
