The Application of BP Neural Network to Bed Temperature Control System of CFB Boiler

The combustion in circulated fluidized-bed (CFB) boiler is a complex and multi-variables coupling process. It is too difficult to build an exact mathematic model to describe the process. Bed temperature control system is an important subsystem of burning system, maintaining normal bed temperature is the key for stable running of boiler, and it is difficult for the norm PID algorithm to control it. According to these, we use the bed temperature control system based BP neural network in DCS. The practice shows that it can improve the stability of bed temperature control system with the application of BP neural network.

The Application of Intelligent Control to Combustion Control System of CFB Boiler

The combustion in circulated fluidized-bed (CFB) boiler is a complex and multi-variables coupling process. It is too difficult to build an exact mathematic model to describe the process. The main stream pressure control is an important subsystem of burning system, and it is difficult for the norm PID algorithm to control it. According to these, the human-simulated intelligent control technique is applied to the main steam pressure. It compensates the disadvantages of traditional control method and had perfect advantages in economy and in reality. The control rules of the controller can be modified, compensated and perfect in the practical operation. The practice shows that this controller has strong self-adaptability.

Research on the Intelligent Control of Sintering Process Based on the Integrated Automation of Cement Enterprise

To improve the automation level of cement production, some intelligent control methods are introduced into the integrated automation system of cement enterprise. Based on the three-layer structure of intelligent control, the application of ART-2 Neural Network, fuzzy algorithm, predictive control in the kiln-working-condition identification and the process control of sintering systems is described in detail. The effectivity of the above methods is proved in the practical run of cement enterprise.

Fuzzy Identification for State of Burning Zone in Cement Vertical Kiln

Based on the sense of burning zone and the characteristics of burning process in cement vertical kiln, systemic classification and definition of burning zone state for vertical kiln is made using fuzzy control theory and the fuzzy identification method for cement vertical kiln is proposed. These establish the base for the fuzzy control of production of cement vertical kiln.
