Elevation and slope are the important indexes to describe the regional geography, which affect the local temperature, illumination conditions as well as soil water conservation capacity to a great extent, determine the ways and directions of regional land use. Based on the digital elevation model, the paper utilizes spatial analysis method to calculate the slope and the correlation coefficient of elevation and slope, and analyzes the spatial distribution characteristics of elevation and slope, studies their spatial relations in Henan province. The results show that: Henan is dominated by medium and low elevations, with the increase of longitude, the maximum elevations show three steps that gradually decrease, the mean and minimum values decrease. With the increase of latitude, the maximum elevations show the characteristics of the three steps range of low high medium, and the mean values show two connected parabolic characteristic. Henan is dominated by low slope, with the increase of longitude, the maximum and mean of slopes gradually decrease, and the local fluctuation is obviously higher than that of elevation. With the increase of latitude, the maximum slope gradually increases, the trend of mean in latitude is similar with the pattern of the elevation, but there are obvious differences in local changes. The correlation between slope and elevation is weak, the elevation and slope is negatively correlated in the region above 1870m. The slope change is more obvious in the regions with low and high elevation regions. With the increase of elevation, the mean and variance is increasing. The topographic relief is obvious in the region below 200m and above 1870m, respectively shows concave geomorphic feature and convex geomorphic feature.

Population migration is not only affected by peoples living habits, economic development status, the citys geographical location in the region, and regional traffic facilitation also plays an important role. In order to fully study the impact of highway on the regional population change, the paper designs an intercity population impact index and a city population change type index by using the intercity accessibility as the weights. The results show that, during the period of 2004-2016, the population of Henan province has been growing steadily, the outflow of population was serious, and there are significant differences in the characteristics of resident population change among cities. The response sensitivity of city resident population is proportional to the highway mileage increase, the responsiveness has significant difference among cities, the responsiveness of the developed areas are relatively low, and the responsiveness of the marginal areas is obviously higher than that of the central areas. The traffic population input type cities are mainly distributed in the southwest of the province, where has good natural living environment, the city in the central of province has the characteristics of traffic population output type. The changes of city total population spatial distribution tend to be balanced, the city resident population spatial distribution changes greatly, the impact of the highway on the provinces population migration tends to be balanced.

City economic growth is not only affected by economic development policy environment and its own economic condition, but its geographical location and the economic development of adjacent cities also play an important role, the developed regions play a certain leading role in the economic development of neighboring regions through effective traffic. This paper designs an intercity economic impact index by using the intercity accessibility coming from the highway network as the weight, to study the impact of highway on city economic development. The results show that the response sensitivity of city economy is proportional to the highway mileage increase, the responsiveness has significant difference among cities, and the influences are tending to be stable. The radiant ability of the capital city Zhengzhou in the regional economic development is gradually increasing, but the radiation effects on the adjacent cities, as Kaifeng and Xuchang are not fully exerted. Zhengzhou economic agglomeration characteristics is gradually obvious, the tendencies of the intercity economic impact index and the economic development are obviously different. The aggregation characteristics of the economic impact index of Zhengzhou is gradually decreasing, but aggregation speed is gradually increasing. The distributions of highway influences are tending to be balanced.

Aiming at the change of land use types and their formation mechanism, based on Digital Elevation Model and the land use grid data, this paper uses the spatial analysis method to quantitatively analyze their spatial-temporal evolution characteristics, formation mechanism in Henan Province. The results show that, from 1995 to 2015, the rate of linear decrease of farmland is higher than that of linear increase of construction land. The area of forest grassland remains stable, and the area of water land is gradually increasing. The area decrease rate of farmland in the elevation of 50-100m is obviously higher than that in other regions, the decrease proportion of farmland in the elevation of 150-200m is the highest, and the water land are mainly distributed in low elevation region. More than 72% of the construction land concentrates in the region of elevation 0-100m, the area increase rate of construction land in the elevation of 50-100m is obviously higher than that in other regions, the increase proportion of construction land in the elevation of 150-200m is the highest. The reduced farmland is mainly converted into construction land, forest grassland and water land, the area of returning farmland to forest and grassland is basically occupied by construction land, the increased water land area mainly comes from farmland and forest and grassland, The increase area of construction land mainly occupies farmland, forest and grassland and water land.

The measuring space of city streets traffic on consuming time is a NonEuclidean distance space. From the condition of city traffic attributes, an optimum route algorithm based on NonEuclidean time distance space was designed. For the turn consuming time on the streets intersection being the major section of the route using time, the virtual nodes were defined according to the azimuths of leaving the Streets intersection. Considered the consuming time passing through street sections and streets intersections, the algorithm was completed by calculating the accumulated time from the start-point to the virtual node. The algorithm was a decision-making course with some phases and realized by recursive methods. Finally, the feasibility was proved through an example.
