Huan Yong Cui; Na Tian; Rui Chuan Li; Xiu Hua Men

To realized the parametric design of automobile synchronizer ring spline tooth efficiently, a method is presented in this article, which is realized based on the UG secondary development tools. The user environment settings and the establishment of the menu file and the human-computer interaction window are introduced in detail. The programming language is written to realize the parametric design of the spline tooth of synchronous ring. Application result shows that the method simplifies the synchronous ring modeling process and improves the working efficiency.

Gui Cong Wang; Chuan Peng Li; Jie Lv; Xiu Xia Zhao; Huan Yong Cui

A Two-level method is proposed to solve the one-dimensional cutting-stock problem during the production process in this paper. First, nested layer cycle is designed to enumerate all the feasible cutting patterns, then a integer linear programming model is established with quantity demands as the constraint. The best cutting scheme is obtained finally according to the branch and bound method. The effectiveness of the proposed method is proved through a real world example, the calculations demonstrate that scheme obviously improves the utilization rate of stock

Yu Qin Li; Ying Jun Li; Huan Yong Cui; Gui Cong Wang; Xi Jie Tian

As a mechanical component, sensor can detect spatial information. Sensor technology has been widely used in national defense, aerospace, industrial inspection and automated production areas and so on. However, the sensor calibration device cannot meet the demand of the development of the sensor. In this paper, a multi-functional force loading device, which is of good technical performance, reliable operation, wide measurement range and simple measurement method, and a six-dimensional force sensor calibration method are described.

Simulation Optimization of Multi-Objective Flexible Job Shop Scheduling

Gui Cong Wang; Chuan Peng Li; Huan Yong Cui

Current scheduling approach for multiple objective flexible job shop problem (FJSP) cannot construct a precise scheduling model and obtain a satisfactory scheduling result at the same time. To deal with this problem, a simulation optimization scheduling approach was presented which was composed of two basic modules: the Fast non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm (NSGA-II) module and Witness simulation module. Firstly, a multi-objective mathematical model was found for FJSP and NSGA-II was applied to solve. Then, a set of Pareto optimal solution was obtained by NSGA-II module. In order to select the final solution from the Pareto optimal solution for FJSP, the simulation model was set up by Witness, every Pareto solution was as input for simulation model. Finally, the final solution can be selected according other performance indicators.

The Optimization of Flexible Job-Shop Scheduling Problem Based on NSGA-II

Chuan Peng Li; Huan Yong Cui; Gui Cong Wang

An improved genetic algorithm based on NSGA-Ⅱnon-dominated sorting is proposed to solve flexible job-shop scheduling problem. Makespan and machine maximum load are chosen as objective function to establish multi-objective optimization model. Real encoding and plug-in decoding are used to transform chromosomes and scheduling schemes. NSGA-Ⅱnon-dominated sorting with elite reserved strategy is designed to improve search efficiency, and different strategies for selection, cross and mutation are adopted. The feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm are verified by simulation and results from comparison with other algorithms.

A Study of the Anti-Fouling Property of the Electroless Ni-P-Sn Coating

Xi Jie Tian; Yong Zou; Huan Yong Cui

The Ni-P-Sn coatings were prepared by electroless plating. Crystallization fouling adhering experiments indicated that these electroless Ni-P-Sn coatings have better anti-fouling property than that of un-coated and Ni-P samples. The surface free energy of Ni-P-Sn deposit increases with the increase of the nanocrystalline phase. It’s considered that the degree of crystallization fouling adhesion is related to the surface free energy of the sample. The amorphous matrix with lower surface free energy can significantly improve the anti-fouling ability in comparison with that of un-coated samples.

Analysis of Isometric Modification of Spur Bevel Gear

Huan Yong Cui; Dong Yang; Xi Jie Tian; Xiu Hua Men

Isometric modification, as a new modification method of spur bevel gear was proposed. Based on the gear geometry theory and the normal meshing motion equation of gear pairs, changes of meshing points and angles are analyzed and the effect of axial modification on gear pair meshing movement is discussed, and then dynamics emulation analysis was operated with FEA software, the results show that the stress distribution of gear surface was controlled by isometric modification, the load concentration, agglutination and pitting of the gear can be avoided effectively.

Contact Performance Study of Modified Spur Bevel Gear Considering Assembly Error

Peng Fei Xu; Xi Jie Tian; Huan Yong Cui

By modifying the profile of spur bevel gear, the load fluctuation in transmission process can be effectively reduced, the contact area of the gear pair can be greatly improved, and the stress distribution of gear teeth also can be controlled. However, during the actual work, many factors may influence gear work performance. This paper considers the influence of assembly error on contact performance of gear in mesh, builds the assembly error mathematical model of modified spur bevel gear, and deduces the parameter equation of modified tooth profile curve. Then dynamic contact simulation analysis is carried out by applying ANSYS/ LS-DYNA software, the distribution of the stress and strain of bevel gear pair in different shaft angle deviations is accurately obtained.

Microstructure and Properties of TiAlN/AlN Composite Film Deposited on Cam’s Profile by Ion Beam Sputtering Technique

Pei Quan Guo; Shou Ren Wang; Huan Yong Cui

The study reports a new surface formation technology during manufacturing process of parallel indexing cam mechanism, ion beam sputtering deposition, in which the operation temperature can be controlled below the limitation of phases exchanging or at room temperature. Phase exchanging deformation can be avoided and the shape accuracy and dimension accuracy can be improved compared with surface quenching process. The microstructure and properties of TiAlN/AlN composite film deposited on the profile surface of cam (made of 45 steel) by ion beam sputtering deposition were discussed. X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM) analysis has been used to characterize film’s microstructure and properties. The micro-hardness and adherence grade were tested.
