In basic research on the self-healing control technology of Domestic and international distribution network, Proposed several solutions of distribution network self-healing technology, and pointed out the advantages and problems of the various solutions at present. With economic development. Reliability requirements of distribution network have become increasingly demanding. Using intelligent distributed Feeder Automation System by peer to peer communications between the intelligent terminal, and distributed intelligent control decisions, to achieve rapid fault isolation in distribution line. In the environment that Smart Grid is rapidly building, communication network of Distribution network gradually improved. Establish an efficient strong real-time communication system provide favorable conditions of Rapid Self-healing. This paper presents three communication program. based on reliable communication of connection-oriented TCP/IP based on the multicast communication of UDP and publish/subscribe communication of GOOSE protocol and gives a comparative for the three communication program. Systematically describe implementation of the three communication scheme used in intelligent distribution automation system, elaborated system modeling communication scheme and design ideas of GOOSE communication, and provides a solution of GOOSE to implement a typical fault isolation process. We test and verify the three communicate programs on power PC hardware platforms, build on a network test environment in a lab environment, provides real-time and reliability communication test result. Based on the above analysis and verification, GOOSE protocol-based communications solutions has certain advantages in communication efficiency, timeliness and versatility.

In modern distribution system high efficient, clean, reliable and flexible electricity energy is required to supply to customers. Self-healing distribution network has been raised as one of the most emerging and significant characters for such smart distribution system to cope with all kinds of threatens from inside and outside of the system. Events and alarms are the bases for system status comprehend and decision making. Alarm management is a traditional feature of Supervisor control and data acquisition (SCADA) and distribution management systems (DMS), and key feature for smart self-healing distribution system as intelligent alarm. When events occur in distribution system, too many alarms rush to control center. The alarms are separated and maybe suspicious preventing the understanding of the whole event. In this paper, an alarm management framework is proposed for intelligent alarm processing. Firstly the events and alarms for self-healing smart distribution system are categorized. Then a complex event processing based intelligent alarm processing method is proposed for effective management alarms and events. Finally, example is shown based our framework. and the advantage of alarm management is illustrated. The alarm management framework can not only recognize the event sequence, providing effective intelligent alarm, but also reduce the amount of alarms to process by system operators. facilitating decision making.
