Dong Xue-jie; Chen Jian; Hu Ying-lan; Jiang Guorui; Huang Ti-yun

In automated multi-attribute negotiation, negotiation agent can get a better deal by using heuristic methods to make effective tradeoff or concession between different attributes. In this paper, we proposed a multi-attribute negotiation model based on internal factors argumentation which allows exchanging private information as argumentation, and then can reach ideal results without complex computation. Firstly, the negotiation problem definition was introduced. Secondly, negotiation protocol and argumentation ontology structure were defined. Thirdly, we focused on the negotiation strategy and algorithm about how agents react in the negotiation process, such as made proposals and argumentations. Experiment showed that Pareto efficiency and good social welfare results were reached through the exchange of internal factors of negotiation.

Hierarchy Analysis of Customer Relationship Management of Power Supply Enterprises

Zhao Jun; Li Yi-jun; Huang Ti-yun

Customer relationship management (CRM) is a symbol of informatization and modernization of enterprise management. Because different enterprises supply different products or services with different levels of management informatization, their CRM operations will show great differences. The power supply enterprises will conduct CRM differently from other enterprises because they supply products and services meeting the long-term and essential production and life needs, with a fixed, closed and lasting relationship between the enterprises and their customers, and as a public utility, they enjoy monopoly to some extent. This paper proposes that according to the particular feature of the power supply enterprises, it is necessary to make a thorough analysis of their CRM in terms of operation, analysis and conception. This analysis will reveal the targets for their CRM, the content of the customer information, the process of collecting the information, information processing and the CRM benefits, providing an insight into the difference for the researchers, suppliers and user of CRM, improving the modernization of these enterprises by a more effective CRM operation

Research on Persuasion Type Argument-negotiation System Based on Agent and Its State of Arts

Wu Jinghua; Huang Ti-yun

Persuasion type argument-negotiation system based on agent can meet needs of cooperation among organization. After introduction of this system, advance in this area has been reviewed from three aspects: protocols???strategies and models???development. Then through our research, relative strategies and models???evaluation system and arithmetic in this system have been put forward, which have been verified by development of relative prototype system. Java and Jade have been used in it. Finally, directions in the future are discussed.

Research on Design and Implementation of Collaborative Negotiation Protocol

Sun Hua-mei; Li Yi-jun; Cao Rongzeng; Huang Ti-yun

Negotiation protocol serves as theoretical basis for negotiation system design. This paper first explores a method of negotiation protocol description. This method is able to control the state of each negotiation by using switch between state and transition. And then use of multiple concurrent state diagrams is suggested for collaborative negotiation to coordinate and control multiple negotiation processes through swimlane event and information flow, in addition to an in-depth study of design and implementation of collaborative negotiation protocol.

An on-line diagnosis system integrates model-based and rule-based reasoning for manufacturing organization management

Tang Junqi; Li Mingshu; Li Mingxing; Huang Ti-yun

This paper presents an architecture of an on-line diagnosis system for manufacturing organization management. This diagnosis system consists of five component parts: a model base, a rule base, a diagnosis unit, and two interfaces. The functions of each part in this diagnosis system are described. An example about quality diagnosis in production management is given at the end of this paper.<<ETX>>
