In this article, five different epoxies including a new kind of flexible epoxy having low glass transition temperatures (11 ∼ 28°C) were prepared using polyamine as curing agent. Damping mechanical tests show that compared with other common available epoxies, the flexible epoxy has high loss factor over broad frequency and temperature range. Activation energy corresponding to glass transition process of different epoxies has been calculated from the temperature corresponding to tan δmax values, obtained at different measurement frequencies. The maximum value of loss factor is 0.71 and the Tg varies from 11 to 28°C, indicating the flexible epoxy can be used as damping polymer materials in common temperature or frequency range.

Polydimethylsiloxane/polymethylacrylate (PDMS/PMA) interpenetratrating polymer networks (IPNs) was fabricated by simultaneous synthesis and characterized by thermogravimetry (TG). The kinetics of the thermal decomposition of polysiloxane/polymethylacrylate IPNs in N2 and air was studied at different heating rates. It was observed that there were two decomposition peaks both in N2 and air, which showed that thermal decomposition process obeyed two-step pyrolysis mechanism and accorded with the two compositions of IPN. Kinetic parameters were determined during simultaneous integration of the Doyle equation and the IPN/s kinetics equation was one-order equation in N2 and Air. The decomposition activation energy in N2 and air were 147.405 kJ·monl−1 and 192.656 kJ·monl−1 respectively.

A series of elastomers, based on NBR, polysiloxanes (PS) were prepared and characterized by tensile tests, thermogravimetry (TG) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Two kinds of vulcanizing agent, DMDBH (2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di(t-butyl perory) hexane) and DCP (dicumylperoxide) were used to investigate the influence of different vulcanizing agents on properties of PSINBR. The addition of PS to NBR was found to improve the thermal stability and decrease the tensile strength of NBR. The tensile strength decreased considerably while the elongation at break increased obviously with the increase of PS content. The series using DMD-BH as vulcanizing agent showed a higher tensile strength and elongation at break than the series using DCP as vulcanizing agent. Simultaneity the thermal stability increased with the increase of PS content.

A Kind of homogeneous resin, which can be used as thermal resistant adhesive and matrix for composite, was prepared by bis (4-maleimidophenyl) methane (BMI), 4, 4′-diaminodiphenylmethane (DDM), aniline (An), phenol type epoxy resin (F-51) and nitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR) through solution copolymerization. The reaction from prepolymerization to curing of the resin system was studied. And the factors such as raw material ratio and curing temperature, which affect thermal resistance and adhesives of cured product, were also analyzed. SEM and IR spectra were utilized to discuss the mechanisms of toughness and reaction of modified BMI.

以ZrSi 2 颗粒填充硼酚醛树脂制备了一种耐高温且裂解后结构较为完整的泡沫复合材料。研究了ZrSi 2 颗粒质量分数对泡沫复合材料固化机制、高温裂解行为及裂解前后压缩性能的影响,并分析了ZrSi 2 颗粒对泡沫复合材料裂解产物的增强机制。结果表明:添加的ZrSi 2 颗粒虽未参与硼酚醛树脂的固化交联,但会和硼酚醛树脂裂解放出的气体挥发物发生化学反应,提高了裂解产物的残炭率和压缩比强度。当添加的ZrSi 2 颗粒质量为硼酚醛树脂质量的10%时,裂解产物的残炭率和压缩比强度提高最为显著。ZrSi 2 /硼酚醛泡沫经过裂解后,ZrSi 2 颗粒作为第二相粒子钉扎在裂解产物的孔壁上,化学反应使得部分裂解气体挥发物被吸收并转化为固相产物,明显减少的缺陷提高了裂解产物的力学性能。

The ever-increasing Big Data is acclaimed, and the key point of Big Data is data analysis. However focusing on the Big Data with dynamic and multiple-dimensional characteristic is difficult to obtain reliable and accurate analytical results by the traditional data analysis methods. Therefore this is an important opportunity and great challenge for the data analysis methods to be developed. This paper aims to make an important research and investigation of the multiple correlation analysis for dynamic Big Data. The paper is expected to reveal the multiple correlation analysis for dynamic Big Data. On one hand this paper research achievements would provide a scientific basis for multiple correlation analysis and revelation of the objective law in Big Data area. On the other hand it is also an important implication for sustainable development of Big Data.

Based on generalized Hele-Shaw (GHS) model, a numerical simulation of phenolic sheet molding compound (P-SMC) in compression molding is realized by finite element step-by-step computing method. Finite elemental computing and post analysis programs have been written. The compression mold filling process, time and pressure requirements of P-SMC in a closed mold are predicted, and a good agreement is shown when compared with experiments. It will be of theoretical significance for the mold design and the optimization of the technological parameters in the compression molding of sheet molding compound.
