The development of sports and the hold of the sports events have promoted the construction of sports venues. However, the governments financial burden restricts the development of sports venues. How to seek a new financing pattern that not only can alleviate the governments pressure of the preparation, but also can build a batch of sports venues to meet peoples increasing need, it is the emergency problems to be solved. The three patterns-BOT pattern, PPP pattern, PFI pattern are analyzed, they are suitable for different sports venues. The research not only can promote foreign investment and private capital into the sports facilities, but also can reduce governments financial burden.

The box-culvert jacking of highway constructions crossing the existing railway is construction difficult and technically complex. If there are safe accidents, it will bring great loss. According to this situation, a new method based on WBS-RBS is presented in this paper to comprehensively identify the risk factors of safety accident with the fault tree, and then the fuzzy probability of basic events are described to triangle fuzzy numbers. Furthermore the happening fuzzy probability of the top event can be calculated. The proposed method provides a scientific method for the safety risk analysis of similar engineering.

Reuse of old industrial building is an important subject industrial structural adjustment and urban planning, as well as is part sustainable development strategy in China. China has some progress in this subject in recent years, but there are still many problems in the process of reuse and renovation of old industrial buildings. This thesis briefly introduces the present situation and existing problems in the transformation of old industrial buildings reuse, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.

With the propose of solving the problem of inappropriate adoption of construction technology while constructing infrastructure in western rural area, technical characters of specific construction technology is measured from three aspects as economic benefit, social benefit and ecological benefit through introducing compensation cost method (CC), thereby the construction technical proposal is found out of which the technical character suits the local technical environment character the best. The conclusions drawn from the study are as follows: High-tech may not be the appropriate technology; The technical characters of appropriate technology must suit the technical environment characters of the applied areas.

Currently, energy-saving building is a hot topic in society, which is also generally recognized as the most direct and effective way with the greatest potential for energy saving in the industry when the energy problem has become increasingly urgent today. At present, the domestic scholars less focus on rural residential energy saving, so the energy efficiency assessment on countryside buildings is still a relatively new field. This paper introduced existing energy-saving building assessment system at home and abroad through referring to the domestic and overseas existing assessment system, combining the characteristics of energy efficiency of rural residential buildings in China, constructed the energy-saving evaluation index system of rural residential buildings. Expert opinions and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) were used to determine the index weight, and the rationality of the evaluation system was determined by an empirical analysis case.
