In the past, when there were few vehicles on the roads, the time-of-day (TOD) traffic signal worked very well. The TOD signal operates on a preset signal-cycling scheme independent of traffic conditions. It cycles on the basis of the number of average passenger cars to the memory device of an electric signal unit. Today, with the increasing traffic and congested roads, the conventional traffic light creates start-up delay time and end-lag time. A 30 to 45% efficiency in traffic handling is lost, as well as added fuel costs, since it is not optimized for todays traffic condition. To solve this problem, an electrosensitive traffic light using neural fuzzy logic is investigated. This scheme uses an electrosensitive traffic light control, which changes signal based on the passing vehicles weight, length, and passing area. Through computer simulation, this method has been proven to be much more efficient than fixed time interval signal since the average waiting time, average vehicle speed, and fuel consumption will be improved.

We proposed an algorithm to automatically control the seat, and notify dangerous traffic conditions for smart car system. The system is needed to adapt to both the driver and the circumstance for maximum convenience and safety. In order to solve these problems, we proposed an algorithm for developing smart vehicles.

The pulse rate in the human species is a significant factor in oriental medicine. Pulse wave is a potential energy which has been generated by main artery expansion from the left ventricle, transforms into kinetic energy and passes through the vessel wall to the peripheral nervous system. In this paper, observations of patterns will be used to determine the blood circulation pulse wave which has been differentiated twice through the process of APG (Accelerated Photoplethysmo Graph). Moreover in this paper, it proposed the algorithm which diagnoses the patients health condition using intelligence method.

This paper suggest remote control technic using TCP/IP protocol network after UART serial communication implemented through RS-232 cable to ethernet module. This is multidisplinary signal technique which is PC signal is converted to internet communication signal. Ethernet module is WIZ1000SR. This is gate module which convert RS-232 protocol to TCP/IP protocol. This module convert serial data transmitted serial device to TCP/IP type data, in contrast TCP/IP data received through network converted to serial data transmitted to serial device. This paper propose that the lower subnet internet layer UDP module make the higher speed in control board than TCP/IP signal.

Abstract Traffic network is composed of passing vehicls, delayed vehicles, traffic situation which is traffic incomes of traffic interfacing system. Traffic green time light is concluded by inside input factor, that is green light cycle, yellow light cycle, led light cycle, which light cycle is sensor inputs. That light cycle is converted to traffic phase composed of passing peoples and delayed vehicles, whose intervals is concluding of traffic network factors composed of consumptiom power factors, delayed time situation, occupying sensor nodes. This is very important sector,because of much poor traffic situation. Abstract In this paper,it is presented the method of image recovering which existing is only pixel processing, but suggesting method is concluding image clustering overlap degree after classfying around unit fixel to crowd pixel. Concluding overlap degree threshold value is after identifying pattern pixel and grasping geometry structure of sample pattern and deduction of deciding function. distinguishing feature space is above four dimension is reason of not visual observation of pattern structure. consideration of distribution structure is distance of center of crowd pixel, the number of each crowd pattern pixel and standard deviation. The over threshold value elimate the overlap image and the downward is recovered and established dynamic image. memory storage deduction of 20% and elevation of 15% performance is estimated in recovery of image. Telemanipulator is distingushed from industrial robot by iterating same specified work. Manipulator operator is included in control loop for controlling the telemanipulator because he decide directly during the work and order controllabily. We implement fuzzy controller for reducing the modelling error of telemanipulator which depend on the PID controller. But position-force control method of bidirectional control impose unsafety of vibiration and Analytic Hierchy method can stabilize for reducing nonlinear modelling error by expert operator because of transformation empirical control rule to linear model.
