This paper was written to describe a way to display multi-lingual information on websites, while optimizing for readability, speed and content distribution. Over the last decade, the authors have noticed that most users with limited understanding of the English language encountered major difficulties in using many Internet services. Also many of the official government and local administration websites display content only in the native language, effectively raising a barrier for many foreign investors. This document also presents an analysis on adapting and distributing content optimized for age groups and local cultures, while describing techniques on server and domain spanning, SQL data distribution and methods of obtaining high quality translations for user generated content.

This article proposes an extension of the reachable and controllable sets theory for multi-step aircraft constrained optimal control problems. Initially, a brief overview of the reachable and controllable sets theory is provided, together with the aircraft multi-step constrained optimal control problem. In total, 4 aircraft cases are analyzed (a general aviation aircraft, a fighter jet, a business jet and a large commercial craft). Considering the specific parameters of the models and with a given prediction horizon, the controllable and reachable sets are determined for each time instance and graphical representations of their layout is provided for each type of aircraft considered. This extension of the reachability and controllability aspects for multi-step constrained optimal problems related to aircraft control can serve in use cases for the design and development of aircraft systems which also employ model predictive control techniques.

Abstract A fault tolerant control method is proposed for Quanser SRV-02 System in order to maintain the required performance in the presence of sensor failures. The proposed approach integrates control law and a sensor fault tolerance schema. Theoretical analysis and simulation results have confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed method.
