Technological basis for compromise of interests at voltage regulation in electric grids

Alexander G. Fishov; Irina L. Klavsuts; Dmitry A. Klavsuts; Marina V. Khayrullina

A solution is presented to the task of voltage regulation in distributing electric grids in the situation of the contrariety of interests between power consumers, grid companies and grid generation. A system of decentralized voltage regulation of multi-agent type is offered, providing compromise voltage in power grids with the use of universal rules of behavior by every regulator with obligatory control of the mode in the adjusting area of the grid.

Multi-Agent Regulation of Voltage in Smart Grid System with the Use of Distributed Generation and Customers

Alexander G. Fishov; Irina L. Klavsuts; Dmitry A. Klavsuts

The paper considers the solution to the problem of distributed voltage regulation in Smart Grid System. It takes into consideration the conflict of interests of companies included in the generation network and consumers of electricity. The paper presents an innovative method of demand side management which can be used for controlling the quality of electricity optimization of consumption and conservation of electric power in distribution grids of low voltage class; to start a service of voltage regulation to the consumers in the parts of the grid adjoining to the nodes of generation; to develop the grid and realize the regulation of the voltage by the network companies during load and generation active behavior. The decentralized regulation of voltage is supposed to be the basic organization principal which uses local information and control actions. The control of the facilities of voltage regulation is performed via the artificial intelligence (expert systems).

Artificial intelligence support of knowledge transformation in knowledge management systems

Tatiana Avdeenko; Ekaterina Makarova; Irina L. Klavsuts

In present paper we propose an approach to support of knowledge spiral in the knowledge management systems in organizations facilitating transition of knowledge from implicit form to explicit one and vice versa. The approach is based on the transformation of knowledge from one knowledge representation model to another on the basis of artificial intelligence methods. Efficient methods are proposed for conversion of knowledge from the case-based model to the rule-based representation.

Multi-agent compromising management of voltage mode of electric grids in the context of smart grids

Alexander G. Fishov; Irina L. Klavsuts; Dmitry A. Klavsuts; Marina V. Khayrullina

There are presented the results of the research of the efficiency of multi-agent management of voltage mode in electric grids, diagrams of power delivery of power stations. In the structure of devices for voltage regulation in a controllable area, there was considered the use of the normalizer of AC voltage, in particular as the means of emergency control, controlling the stability of motoring load and preventing its disfunction.
