A Policy Agenda for a Changing Region in the Years to Come

Latin American and Caribbean countries live in the midst of major changes. Pressures for change stem from the restructuring of the world order after the end of the Cold War and the impact of globalization. This article reviews how these transformations are modifying the policy agenda for the region in the years to come. Los paises de America Latina y el Caribe viven hoy una era de cambio. Esto se explica por la reestructuracion del orden mundial con el fin de la Guerra Fria y las presiones generadas por la globalizacion. Este articulo revisa como estos cambios estan impactando la agenda de politicas publicas para la region en los anos por venir.
