A didática na formação inicial de professores: relato de experiência

This paper was written in the form of an essay based on the experiments carried out in the teaching of the didactics course of the fifth semester of the undergraduate physics-teaching course, and of the second semester of the specialization in informatics applied to education, both from the Federal Institute of Sao Paulo, campus of Itapetininga, Brazil. Under the concept of educational “missions”, the didactic discipline, at both levels of education, was carried out almost entirely outside the Federal Institute, taking place in the field of teaching, that is, in schools. In the second half of 2017, we were in two state schools, being one of technical education, and one municipal school developing various teaching activities both in physics and computer teaching. In the end, it can be seen that the missions not only serve to bring schools closer to the place of teacher education, but also undergraduate and graduate students themselves can better understand the pedagogical theory, be its gaps or its ideas of reflection.

Este trabalho e o relato de uma conversa sobre Celestin Freinet que os autores tiveram com a professora Rosa Maria Whitaker Sampaio, uma das pioneiras a trabalhar com a Pedagogia Freinet no Brasil e uma de suas maiores defensoras. Trata-se de uma militante em favor da educacao livre e colaborativa que ha quase 50 anos vem batalhando pela educacao escolar de qualidade. Neste artigo, Rosa compartilha seu “Mosaico de Vida Freinet”, o qual e iluminado pela teoria do proprio Freinet.

Mídia e políticas públicas: possíveis campos exploratórios

The centrality of the media in the Brazilian society assigns to the means of communication an important role in contemporary social dynamics, whose influence attains several fields of human activity, including the political. The debate on public policies has been dominating most of the agenda of the social sciences. In general, the approaches preserve a tendency of institutional character, with the analyses centered on decisional or evaluative processes. The article observes, however, a gap in the researches developed on the theme, i.e., the lack of an assessment of the media’s participation on the cycle of the public policies. In this sense, the article seeks to infer the relations between media coverage and public policies processes in contemporary Brazilian society.

Meio-ambiente ou (meio-ambiente): o desafio da educação frente ao paradoxo ambiental

Este artigo e um ensaio sobre Educacao Ambiental. Foi produzido apos um lustro de estudos e reflexoes interdisciplinares, desenvolvidos em programas de pos-graduacao. O objetivo principal deste trabalho e elucidar questoes fundamentais a respeito do estado planetario referido como crise ambiental, tratando especificamente do papel da educacao no enfrentamento desta crise. Aqui, apresentamos a ideia de que a percepcao e a compreensao sobre o meio-ambiente encontram-se, paradoxalmente, segregadas em duas grandes vertentes distintas e contraditorias, que nomeamos aqui como “meio-ambiente sem parenteses” e “meio-ambiente entre parenteses”. Ao final, espera-se compartilhar uma visao qualificada Educacao Ambiental enquanto dimensao historica, critica e transformadora do proprio meio-ambiente, ao mesmo tempo em que se deseja motivar futuras pesquisas, ainda mais densas.
