O texto que se segue relata as reflexoes dos autores, obtidas quando da participacaono Encontro realizado na PUC/SP, junto ao Grupo de Pesquisa Nucleo de Estudos do Futuro(NEF), coordenado e dirigido pelo Prof. Dr. Arnoldo Hoyos, em julho de 2013, presidido peloDr. Riel Miller, Diretor de Planejamento Estrategico Mundial da UNESCO. Nesse EncontroCientifico foi discutida e avaliada a natureza e o papel da Universidade no desenvolvimentoda sociedade do futuro. Sendo os autores integrantes do GEPI-PUC/SP, suas consideracoes ereflexoes refletem o posicionamento e leitura interdisciplinar quanto a tematica abordada,o que vai de encontro as intencoes propostas pela educacao e pelos orgaos de fomento depesquisa no Brasil (CAPES, CNPq, FAPESP, entre outros), sinalizando um novo posicionamento daUniversidade, do professor, do aluno e da educacao como um todo no mundo contemporâneo.

In the perspective of complexity, this Paper is on an experience of online development for school manager, in which an interdisciplinary attitude of partnership emerges. The characteristic of this development is a more complex and systemic vision, in which the school dynamics is regarded as an alive system, liable to be self-organized, a culture in permanent construction nourished by the interpersonal relations and collective work. It values Aesthetical sensibility in development, so fundamental for the projects committed with autonomy and emancipation, despite the fact this kind of Aesthetics has not been valued, but replaced by a more technical form of development. This approach offers the opportunity to experience a historical process, as it evolves contextualized knowledge. School managers and the researcher imbricate in an intersubjective relation while an attitude of interdisciplinary partnership emerges. Interactive online resources are used during the experience in which the narratives unveil the richness of the intersubjective communication and the intrasubjective process of construction and meaning of reality. During the development of this transdisciplinar research, I could perceive the movement of construction of the school managers’ own experience, and reflect on my life experience, research my own practice learning about it, while continuously experiencing the two polarities: developing school managers and being developed as such.

The scope of this Paper is to share some Studies and Research work carried out on Interdisciplinarity that bring an Impulse to Creativity and Innovation. The first contribution comes from the field of spoken and written expression conducted under the Interdisciplinar vision / approach, revealing the expanded potential of the Being, unfolding in an open – ended creative and innovative way. The second contribution comes from the field of Teacher Development using the “Know Thyself” approach, in which teachers are prepared for their mission to help students get to know themselves better and access their potential, too. The third contribution comes from a research on Education in connection to the Indian communities in Pantanal through the Anthropological Interdisciplinarity. In all of them, the characteristic of involving the Being consciously towards the doing, together with unattachment of the results, has been invaluable to promote rewarding outcomes, that would not have emerged without the Interdisciplinary attitude.

O artigo descreve o cuidado em suas dimensoes historica, filosofica e educacional, sendo a ultima focada em dois movimentos praticos: cuidar de si e cuidar do outro, sob o prisma metodologico interdisciplinar que reconhece a urgencia da integracao entre o fazer e o ser, mesclando as historias de vidas. Ao considerar a escola como um local de acao terapeutica, no qual ha movimentos cuidadosos atrelados ao curriculo, a formacao docente e ao relacionamento interpessoal, redesenharemos uma didatica para a educacao que transcende os bancos escolares, onde a questao vital capaz de curar as pessoas e reconhecida nas inquietacoes dos alunos e professores rumo a valorizacao da cura nata em cada um de nos, porem nao compreendida por muitos de nos.
