Simulation of the fracture process of materials subjected to low-cycle fatigue of mechanical and thermal character

Problems of forecasting the safe period and effective operation of machine and equipment elements have been discussed in the article. Methods of the simulation investigations of the thermal-mechanical fatigue process and modelling objects have been discussed. Methods to determine relations between the structure of materials and their fatigue properties have been presented.
