Abstract CeRu2Si2 presents a low temperature specific heat anomaly which compares to that of the S = 1 2 Kondo model, while high-field magnetization shows saturation effects. La substitution (Ce0.8La0.2Ru2Si2 inncreases the magnetic behaviour, Y substitution (Ce0.8Y0.2Ru2Si2) suppresses it.
