The present article covers an influence of the impact of electromagnetic interferences on computer information systems whose purpose is to control transport supervision systems. The primary objective of transport supervision systems is to detect hazards to human life and health that occur in the process of transport: traveling of people and/or cargos. This process needs to be characterized by a high level of reliability and safety. The measure of the transport safety is the confidence that the elements of a transport process will remain intact during its realization with the exception of those changes that are the result of the natural processes of aging and wear. The railway environment is one of the most difficult environments concerning the provision of electromagnetic compatibility. Those electromagnetic interferences that are intended and not intended being generated in a rail area have an impact on the operation process of a transport supervision system.

The present article covers a description of the structures of maintenance systems with a diagnostic artificial neural network as well as a description of those systems that are without a neural network (organized in a classical manner). Such a maintenance system that is organized on the basis of information from an artificial neural network is a rational system. In this system, maintenance costs are significantly reduced (a reduced time required for regeneration and reduced expenditures on preventative activities). Also, theoretical basis is presented of the modelling of the structure of the maintenance system of objects in the form of the following models: mathematical (analytical), graphical and descriptive. For the purpose of the research being conducted, the methodology was developed of a synthesis of the structure of the maintenance system of technical objects (continuous operation), that is such technical objects that require short shutdown times (aircrafts, radiolocation systems, power engineering equipment, etc.).

The article presents questions connected with the transport telematic systems. Both analogue (CCTV) and TCP/IP controlled (CCTV IP) visual monitoring system are presented. New concepts of technical and functional solutions are also discussed, aimed to improve the operational effectiveness of integrated control and surveillance centres managing the transport telematic systems.

Abstract The article presents the issues related to the different methods to increase the reliability of electronic security systems (ESS) for example, a fire alarm system (SSP). Reliability of the SSP in the descriptive sense is a property preservation capacity to implement the preset function (e.g. protection: fire airport, the port, logistics base, etc.), at a certain time and under certain conditions, e.g. Environmental, despite the possible non-compliance by a specific subset of elements this system. Analyzing the available literature on the ESS-SSP is not available studies on methods to increase the reliability (several works similar topics but moving with respect to the burglary and robbery (Intrusion.) Based on the analysis of the set of all paths in the system suitability of the SSP for the scenario mentioned elements fire events (device) critical because of security.

Transport safety systems and electronic security system Personal Rapid Transit (PRT) steering systems constitute a spatially formed set of elements that operate together in order to achieve the assumed level of security at a railway station or during the performance of transportation operations. Occurring intended or unintended electromagnetic interferences in the process of exploitation electronic systems may cause the occurrence of catastrophic damages or can be the reason of a reduction of the work quality of these systems. Small frequency range electromagnetic interference (up to 100 kHz) that occurs in an extensive “railway” area should be considered separately, i.e. the electric and magnetic components of this field should be distinguished. Because of measurements and legal regulations concerning the impact of this interference on elements, devices and electronic systems. Any disruption of the primary functions of the steering system can be the cause of the occurrence of human life and health hazards. The present article discusses the impact of electromagnetic interference: the electric component of the field on the process of the operation of the PRT steering and security system.

Abstract The article presents a method of teaching the process of diagnosing the technical and functional condition of the fire alarm system (SSP). The fire alarm system’s laboratory model is a representation of a real fire alarm system. The lecturer has the opportunity to inflict several different independent damage. The aim of the laboratory exercise is to familiarize students with the methodology and structure of the fire alarm system diagnosing process.

Abstract In the article presents issues related to the control for which wireless is utilized in object technology. During the tests performed the technical parameters were determined the quality of control the object of the mobile cellular telephone system. It also analyzes the impact of the delay time of signal transmission control on the technical parameters of the object.

Abstract This paper presents a method to determine the time TD disposable electronic security system that struck a pulse surges or lightning. Disposable time is the time from the moment of shock electronic security system until its transition to a state of security failures, assuming the impact of anti. Disruption (shock), which occurs in the frequency band (0-100) kHz, and effects on the ESB can be catastrophic is lightning.

The article presents information about the impact of electromagnetic fields’ impulses on technical infrastructure of electronic equipment and systems in intelligent buildings. The use of modern technical solutions in intelligent building management, i.e., human resources control and automation systems, efficient building space management, requires a large number of integrated electronic systems. Impulse interference, lightning or electricity as natural phenomena are among the most responsible for the occurrence of interference in buses, transmission lines systems, electrical installations, equipment 39 Impulsowe pola elektromagnetyczne a użytkowanie urządzeń i systemów elektronicznych... and electronic systems used in intelligent buildings. To a large extent, it is associated with catastrophic damages that may occur in electronic devices or in completed systems such as intelligent building, e.g. ICT, security, etc. under the influence of induced voltages and interfering signals’ currents.

Abstract CCTV systems are widely used across plethora of industrial areas including transport, where their function is to support transport telematics systems. Among others, they are used to ensure travel safety. This paper presented a reliability and maintenance analysis of CCTV. It led to building a relationships graph and then Chapman–Kolmogorov system of equations was derived to describe it. Drawing on those equations, relationships for calculating probability of system staying in state of full ability SPZ, state of the impendency over safety SZB1 as well as state of unreliability of safety SB were derived.
