Costo-clavicular syndrome as a sequel to artificial pneumothorax.

Summary Very occasionally a “cost-clavicular syndrome” may occur soon after an artificial pneumothorax is abandoned. It is more likely to occur when there is an anatomical abnormality in the bones of the neck, and when there is a more than average degree of contraction of the upper part of the chest. It can be completely relieved by early operation.
