Information Technology Services Evaluation Based ITIL V3 2011 and COBIT 5 in Center for Data and Information

Increasing the role of IT is directly proportional to the increase in investment is accompanied also by an increase in expenses is great. Indicators of successful implementation of IT in the form of service excellence in Center for Data and Information Ministery of Defence Republic of Indonesia is reliable, available, fast, and accurate. By planning a mature IT governance implementation of IT services is expected to do well and the embodiment of good IT Governance. Success in providing information services can provide a positive impact for organizations and society in general. Thus, the investments made by the Ministry of Defence in the implementation of ICT should not contradict with the goals of the organization and to the expectations of stakeholders. This study aims to measure the capability of service information in the Ministry of Defence in order to improve stakeholder satisfaction. Measurement capability is used COBIT 5 with qualitative method and the case study method. Stages of this research is the analysis of the condition of the eighth COBIT 5 process, the target area of process improvement, gap analysis and the determination of strategies for achieving capability. The end result of this research activity in the form of recommendations adopted policies and procedures of ITILV3 2011, as well as Key Performance Indicator (KPI) recommendations for Center for Data and Information Ministery of Defence.

Implementation of Incident and Problem Management to Achieve Service Level Agreement

The success in providing a service that is best proved can also provide a good spectacle for viewers around Indonesia. Why is that? The development of broadcasting is no longer only be enjoyed through the medium of television, but also through other visual media (such as gadgets, laptops, smartphones, et al.). To meet these needs, the IT division of LPP TVRI be prepared to provide services to support those needs, not only for the audience but also supports internal performance LPP TVRI. performance LPP TVRI. This study aims to assess how much the level of maturity of the Service Level Agreement which may be provided by the IT department through a matrix approach to the management of incident and problem management in the framework ITIL Version 3. The final result of this study is to analyze the extent to which the level of service the IT division in support of LPP TVRI performance of internal staff as well as the broadcasting memeberikan repair procedure recommendations for improving the quality of IT services division LPP TVRI.

Development of IT risk management framework using COBIT 4.1, implementation in IT governance for support business strategy

Extensive use of information technology in companies put IT into a position which is of considerableconcern, especially in large companies that put IT becomes a strategic part of the company. The importanceof IT division, make the companies willing to pay big to get the benefits offered by IT itself, but on the otherhand appears disappointment incurred from investments are not comparable with the results obtained. Untilthe threat appear and disrupt the business of the company. By doing risk management using the IT risk management framework by Cobit 4.1, the combining between business strategy Goals and IT Goals can assist companies in identifying risks that might occur and Companies can design how to mitigate if risks occur. IT governance should be able to support the companys business strategy by managing and memange risks in order to avoid large financial losses to the company due to the lack of identifying and analyzing risks in the company.

Optimizing IT Infrastructure by Virtualization Approach

The goal of this paper is to get the best potential configuration which can be applied to a physical server without compromising service performance for the clients. Data were compiled by direct observation in the data center observed. Data was then analyzed using the hermeneutics approach to understand the condition by textual data gathered understanding. The results would be the best configuration for a physical server which contains several virtual machines logically separated by its functions. It can be concluded that indeed one physical server machine can be optimized using virtualization so that it may deliver the peak performance of the machine itself and the impact are throughout the organization.

Evaluation of knowledge management system to improve the performance of employees at PT Data Citra Mandiri

The purpose of this thesis research is to find out what factors affect the employee performance problem based on Knowledge Management System (KMS) in PT Data Ctra Mandiri and model that can illustrate the biggest cause of labor knowledge distribution problem. The methodology used is the knowledge management component of People Perspective, Process Perspective and Technology Perspective. The data in this study were taken from questionnaires to 86 respondents who interacted with knowledge management system application. Data were analyzed using smartPLS with Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach to test data from questionnaire using factor analysis method. It can be concluded that 10 main component factors Knowledge Management (KM) influence to the problem of performance improvement of KMS workforce in PT Data Citra Mandiri.

Cyber Security for Website of Technology Policy Laboratory

Website is a collection of related web pages address with certain IP address in an Internet Protocol-based network. Website contains information to be shared and exchanged with others. Using an application called browser, users can browse any kind of website and connect with other users in network. Web pages are accessed and transported with Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP), which can use encryption (HTTP Secure) as a security mechanism. Website is holding important role in the Internet world. Therefore, security is required in digital world to prevent crimes. Criminals targeted any situations where people unaware with. In this case, website as the front client application is a strategic place. It is important to aware about security, especially for the important websites that affect many people, such as banking, government, trading, and others. This research talks about design of cyber security for Website of Technology Policy Laboratory (TPL), aims to support the government’s technology policy-making and to address social needs for globalization and the coming era of knowledge economy. One of the function is as the main government think-tank for technology policy and the major platform for incorporating Indonesian’s research communities.

Multi-objective Using NSGA-2 for Enhancing the Consistency-Matrix

The problem of consistency matrix in Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is an interesting issue. For achieving consistency in the inconsistent matrix, researchers usually change the consistent ratio (CR) and the deviation matrix. The pursuit of a minimal CR is important, since this index directly measures the consistency matrix in the AHP. While the deviation matrix should be minimal such that the original opinion of the decision makes is preserved. Ideally, the both value of CR and deviation matrix should be minimal. However, in fact those two objectives will be conflicted if both of them are optimized simultaneously. Therefore, a non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm-2 (NSGA-2) for solving the multi-objective problems is considered as an appropriate approach for solving this problem. Six inconsistent AHP matrices are successfully repaired using NSGA-2.

Mapping Knowledge Management for Technology Incubation

Knowledge Management is an approach which is based on the understanding that the task of the organization, which is understood by both of the reuse of knowledge and how the success of re-use of knowledge that has been created. Knowledge management is a series of activities that are used to identify, create, describe, and distribute knowledge. Business and Technology Incubator is one of alternative models of business development through incubation system that can help entrepreneurs to create and grow their business. This review will discuss mapping knowledge management for business and technology incubator that provides guidance to new business, support facilities and transfer of technology and business, especially for small and medium enterprises which will be a case study in Tegal regency, Central Java, Indonesia. The result showed that mapping knowledge management for business and technology incubator can help entrepreneur winning the competition in their business.
