The standard NTC 2050 from 1998, or Colombian Electrical Code (CEC), laid its foundation on the 1996 edition of regulation NFPA 70, American National Electrical Code [1]. In Colombia, there is the possibility to carry out an update process on mobility technologies, aiming for a mass use of Electrical Vehicles (EVs). EVs mass use requires an infrastructure of recharge points, with the regulation of procedures for their installation and operation as the regulation for combustion vehicles with their fuel supply stations. This paper reviews the main differences between NTC 2050 and NFPA 70, on their sections dedicated to devices used EVs recharge systems, and stablishes the convenience of reviewing NTC 2050, so that it is suitable for the development of the required infrastructure for mass use of EVs in Colombia.

This paper describes the design and implementation of a computational platform for power flow models in real time with the integration of smart metering, real-time monitoring, and an information management system. This platform, designed under the six layers architecture of smart grids within the National Laboratory for Smart Grids of Universidad Nacional de Colombia — LAB+i, allows making the connection from any local or remote process, through communication protocols to a system of information management in order to involve the measurements obtained in real-time to a power flow model of a distribution system. Therefore, a scenario of large-scale insertion of photovoltaic generation for self-supplied electricity on campus is proposed. The real-time monitoring of a photovoltaic generation system and its integration with the platform are presented. In addition, the load profile substation where measurements are linked in real time can be observed. This case study shows the results of load flow in real-time of Universidad Nacional de Colombia distribution power grid with the integration of real-time measurements of a photovoltaic generation system. Conclusions from the proposal to insert a massive photovoltaic generation system are presented.

En el analisis espectral de senales corriente-estator, MCSA por sus siglas en ingles, no siempre se obtiene buenos resultados cuando hay variaciones de torque y velocidades bajas, causando dificultades en el calculo de la FFT. Este articulo propone la deteccion de fallas basada en: analisis de espectrograma de la transformada rapida de Fourier (STFT) y la transformada wavelet, que consumen menos tiempo de procesamiento. Se realiza un desarrollo teorico y se muestran resultados experimentales para mostrar la tecnica.
