Abstract How consumers will behave when buying wine depends on many factors, among which economic, social, demographic, psychological and situational ones are highlighted. Research in wine consumer attitudes in Serbia is aimed at creating appropriate marketing strategies. This paper analyses the influences of demographic factors on wine consumption.Special attention was paid to the impact of the wine characteristics that affect the decision to buy the local or imported wines with geographical origin. It should be added that wine tourism is particularly important in increasing the sales of wine by direct and indirect means. To this aim, 1.705 wine buyers and consumers were interviewed during 2015. Based on Chi-test, it has been proven that the age group affects the decision on the purchase of wine. Understanding consumer motivation is possible through an adequate marketing approach which will provide increased sales of domestic wine and the quicker development of the national market.

Female entrepreneurship has an increasingly significant role in the development of the world economy. In developed countries, there are special incentives and support for the development of entrepreneurship, which are designed for women. However, in post-transition countries, the situation is different, because the initiatives they spawn face obstacles that discourage the development of female entrepreneurship. The main purpose of this chapter is to investigate the influence of factors (technical and technological development, economic, demographic, institutional, and cultural factors) on female entrepreneurship in post-transition economies. The aim of this chapter is to identify the influences of the external environment on female entrepreneurship by using appropriate methodology, as well as to rank the post-transition economies on the basis of macro-level factors, in order to identify the countries that have the most favorable environment for female entrepreneurship. The study includes post-transition countries in the European Union, i.e., the Baltic States, as well as transition countries which belong to Central Europe. The study is conducted by applying the VIKOR method and method for determining attribute weight based on the subjective and objective integrated approach, as well as the correlation and comparative analysis.

Flow of a viscous incompressible electrically conducting fluid between two infinite horizontal parallel porous plates under a constant pressure gradient or constant flow rate has been considered in the paper. Effects of magnetic field, suction/injection and load factor have been studied in order to control the flow rate, shear stress and heat transfer on the plates. Applied magnetic field is perpendicular to the plates, the channel plates are electrically insulated and through the plates perpendicular to the surface the fluid of the same physical characteristics as the fluid in the basic flow is injected or ejected. An exact solution of governing equation has been obtained in a closed form. The influences of each of the governing parameters on flow rate, shear stress and heat transfer are discussed with the aid of graphs.

The price policy represents one of the most important segments of overall business policy of every airline. One of the areas where subtle approach as well as, creativity and intuition of airline management come to their full force is price discrimination. Developed airlines are successful in the application of price discrimination. They offer a wide range of air tickets depending on how much time in advance tickets are bought, the estimate of the amount that is to be returned in case of flight change or cancellation, whether the journey includes staying over the weekend or not. Starting from the most frequent lines, the authors have analysed the movement of airfares in relation to a flight date, that is to say, price discrimination application based on the time of a ticket purchase. Based on data on airfare movement on ten most frequent lines, authors have analysed whether airfares monotonically increase or decrease as the date of flight approaches.
