self-assembly process. This is very important for hydrophobic/ hydrophilic balance critically determines the physiochemical and biological properties of micelles. By tuning the feed ratio of host and guest matrix, different morphologies of nanoparticles will be obtained, such as micelles shown in Fig. 1 with a size of around 120 nm, other morphology such as vesicles can be also obtained via elaborated tuning of feed ratio. The abovemicelles showno cytotoxicity with a concentration up to 500 mg/L. However, DOX-loaded nanoparticles at a DOX concentration of ~22 mg/L caused distinct cell death (cell viability b 40%). These supramolecular polymer micelles show a great potential for drug delivery.

This paper suggests a novel modification of bubble-electrospinning system equipped with a syringe and tube. Air is produced by a controllable syringe pump. Polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) is used to produce nanofibers.
