By tuning the feed ratio of host and guest matrix, different morphologies of nanoparticles will be obtained, such as micelles shown in Fig. 1 with a size of around 120 nm, other morphology such as vesicles can be also obtained via elaborated tuning of feed ratio. The abovemicelles showno cytotoxicity with a concentration up to 500 mg/L. However, DOX-loaded nanoparticles at a DOX concentration of ~22 mg/L caused distinct cell death (cell viability b 40%). These supramolecular polymer micelles show a great potential for drug delivery.

Bubble Electrospinning without Using a Gas Tank

This paper suggests a novel modification of bubble-electrospinning system equipped with a syringe and tube. Air is produced by a controllable syringe pump. Polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) is used to produce nanofibers.
