Aiming at the effect of the geometric shape of the model surface on the precision of scan tracking control, technologies of model surface geometric feature extraction and predictive control technology are researched. A self-learning fuzzy controller is designed and realized, which automatically adjusts the scan tracking velocity according to the smoothness of the model surface. Finally, through the Matlab simulation experiment, the realizability and application effect of the studied self-learning control method of surface scan tracking velocity are verified.Aiming at the effect of the geometric shape of the model surface on the precision of scan tracking control, technologies of model surface geometric feature extraction and predictive control technology are researched. Radome is of great importance in all kinds of aircraft, such as carrier rocket, airship, missile and controllable satellite. Insert phase delay (IPD) is one of the vital electrical parameters influencing electric properties of the radome. It is essential to measure the IPD in manufacturing of the radome. In this paper, the microwave and millimeter-wave technology is introduced into the IPD measurement for the radome. The basic theory of the IPD measurement using microwave and millimeter-wave is analyzed, the measurement system scheme with the vector network analyzer as the kernel part is developed, and the signal detection of microwave and millimeter-wave in the system is discussed. This system has high precision and powerful flexibility, and can satisfy the requirement of the IPD precise measurement for the radome.

In this paper, a monocular vision measurement method based on rotating lens is proposed. A special optical lens is placed between the target and the camera, which causes light refraction during the measurement process. By analyzing images taken after different light refraction, the 3D coordinates of the target can be obtained. Using this method, 3D measurement of the full field can be completed with no laser assisted. Besides the 3D information of a target can be measured without requirements for a priori knowledge of feature points on the target or the location information of the lens. Finally experiments are conducted in the laboratory, and results show that excellent accuracy can be obtained with proposed method.

The implementation of ASP based collaborative design system enables the broad masses of small and medium enterprises jump the traces of purchasing expensive hardware, software and technologies, reduces the risks of capital investment, and then enables the enterprises to do the design work at a lower cost, which leads to the improvement in product development capacity, efficiency and quality. The integration framework of the developed ASP based collaborative design systems is divided into four logic layers. The key technologies of clients involved collaborative design process management are investigated deeply. An ASP based collaborative design system is developed and applied in Dalian SANYO Refrigeration Co., Ltd., Dalian, China. Application report proved that the system enhanced the design efficiency markedly.

A new method, to realize bidirectional drive and control to a micro in-pipe robot based on dynamic friction characteristics of its elastic legs and drive characteristics of giant magnetostriction actuator through magnetic field outside pipe, is put forward, in which its positive direction drive is carried out by utilizing the multiple frequency phenomenon of GMM, while its adverse moving is implemented by applying direct current offset magnetic field to change the slant of its elastic legs. By brief introduction on its systematical structure and operation principle, research on dynamic characteristics of double drive is conducted deeply by setting up its double drive kinematics equations. This paper puts forward a new method to drive and control micro in-pipe robot by means of magnetic field outside pipe, the operation principal is as follows, wireless micro robot can move forward driven by the vibration of its legs by means of converting magnetic energy into mechanical one under the action of piezomagnetism and magnetomechanical coupling of its micro GMA when time varied oscillating magnetic field with different frequency applied outside pipe. This paper introduces its systematical structure and operation principle firstly, then the converting process from outside magnetic energy into mechanical one is analyzed by means of setting up the magnetic and mechanical dynamic model and establishing dynamic model of two stage amplifier of mobile carrier. Finally robot systematical experiment is conducted, the experiment shows the correctness of the theoretical analysis and its feasibility, consequently, drive and control method without cable through outside magnetic field is realized.

Based on the analysis of the plane wave spectrum-surface integral (PWS-SI) method and combining it with spline function theory, numerical simulation to obtain the far field directional pattern of a radome is investigated. And then, an optimization method for calculating the boresight error is presented. A calculation example using the actual data measured from the radome shows that the method is correct and effective for calculating the boresight error.
