Research on Indoor 3D Location Technology Based on RSSI

Bo Xin Mao; Shan Liu; Jian Ping Chai

With the rapid development of mobile communication, the GPS (Global Positioning System) which provides real-time global positioning system has not been able to meet the needs of the indoor accurate positioning. Through simulation, this paper implements the method of indoor three-dimensional positioning based on RSSI compared the positioning accuracy under several kinds of noise. We achieve the good indoor three-dimensional positioning method with the combination of cost, positioning accuracy and positioning precision through the filter and secondary positioning which establishes special propagation model for various different environments.

The Research of TV Program Category Preference Based on TagPageRank Algorithm

Xin Wang; Fu Lian Yin; Jian Ping Chai; Bei Bei Zhang

Aiming to solve the problem of information overload caused by rich resources of TV programs, This paper put forward attraction index of TV programs and analyze user preference to program category, so as to fully tap the potential information of TV users and provide personalized service. Attraction index of TV programs combines Uses and Gratification Theory and China TV program Tagging System, and come true through Tag PageRank algorithm. The analysis of simulation based on the TV user rating data verify the feasibility of the algorithm.

Research of Television Boot-Strap Information Delivery Based on User Profiles

Yao Qin; Fu Lian Yin; Jian Ping Chai

Existing digital television information delivery system delivers information indiscriminately and lacking direction. Information delivery accuracy is too low to reach the desired results, and can lead to other problems like such as information overload. We consequently proposed the boot-strap information delivery model based on user profiles to provide an important basis for digital TV information delivery. This paper firstly describes the background of digital television information delivery. Then details information deliverys algorithms and models based on user profiles analysis and information delivery analysis. Our research solved the problem that people cannot deliver the information to clients efficiently and accurately, and also avoided wasting information network bandwidth.

The Research in Satellite Television Channel Landing Fee of China Based on PageRank Algorithm

Xin Wang; Jian Bo Liu; Jian Ping Chai; Han Lei Wang

While providing signal transmission services for stv channels (satellite television channels), catv operators in the area of broadcast and television in China raised a controversial issue about the standard of charging channel operators landing fee. To address the problem, this passage suggests a proposal about charging landing fee according to the seat value, which assessing each channel’s seat value based on the data of the audiences and the pagerank algorithm as the index. The result shows that our proposal improved the audience rating of channel while bringing a greater economic benefit to catv operators compared with the traditional standard of charging fixed landing fee.

Motion Redirection Based on Markov Chain Monte Carlo Particle Filter

Jin Bao Song; Long Ye; Qin Zhang; Jian Ping Chai

This paper aims at the difficulty that lack of observation model and high-dimensional sampling in video tooning, proposes a method based on key frame matching and dual-directional Markov chain Monte Carlo sampling of video motion redirection. At first, after extracting the key frame of a given video, By affine transformation and linear superposition, the subject initializes the video’s space-time parameters and forms the observation model; Secondly, in each space-time, based on the bi-directional Markov property of each frame, This paper proposed a dual-directional Markov chain Monte Carlo sampling particle filter structure and takes full advantage of the relationship of the front and back frame of the parameters to estimate motion redirection parameters. At the same time, for high-dimensional sampling problem, the subject according to the directional parameters’ correlation implements classification of skeleton parameters-morphological parameters-physical parameters, proposes a hierarchical genetic strategy to optimize the output parameters and improves the efficiency of the algorithm. The research of this paper will produce an efficient and prominent animation expressive video motion redirection method and play an important role on video animation of the development.

Research on 3D Positioning Indoor Simulation Based on RSSI

Yu Feng Ma; Shan Liu; Jian Ping Chai

The growing demand for location-based services promote the development of positioning technology, but the traditional two-dimensional positioning has not fully meet the actual demand, three-dimensional positioning and has more practical significance and application prospects. RSSI-based ranging technology is a low-cost distance measurement technology and low complexity, has been widely used in wireless networks based on the distance of positioning technology. In this paper, through detailed analysis and Research on the effect of RSSI, simulation implemented based indoor positioning. Experimental results show that after eliminating the effects of environmental factors, after mean filtering and data processing Gaussian model range accuracy has greatly improved, positioning error is smaller.

Design and Implementation of Broadcasting and Television Program Monitoring System

Xin Qi; Jian Ping Chai

In this paper, we proposed a monitoring system called broadcasting and television program monitoring system (BTP-MS) used for improving the program monitoring with respect to automatic, intelligent and network level. To achieve the goal of enhancing the system monitoring ability, we designed a four-layer model of BTP-MS composed by data collection layer, transmission and storage layer, dispatching and configuration layer and data analysis layer, respectively. The designed BTP-MS model was implemented both in hardware and software. The results demonstrated that the designed model could greatly improve the efficiency and stability of program monitoring to ensure the broadcasting safety.

Video Redirection Parameters Optimization Based on Hierarchical Genetic Optimization Strategy

Jin Bao Song; Long Ye; Qin Zhang; Jian Ping Chai

In the process of particle filter, it can produce the problem of particle degeneration, and the amount of computation is very big. In order to solve these two problems, this paper presents a method for video redirection parameters optimization based on hierarchical genetic optimization strategy. This paper adopts hierarchical mutation operator and local crossover operator. The result shows that the hierarchical genetic optimization algorithm which is used in video tracking has a very good effect.

Digital TV Program Recommendation System Based on Latent Factor Model

Fu Lian Yin; Jian Ping Chai; Nan Li; Ya Gao

In order to solve the problem of information overload, which is a consequence of the extreme abundance of digital television (TV) program resource, this paper proposed a digital TV program recommendation system based on latent factor model (LFM). This system constructed a digital TV program recommendation system structure including information inputting unit, system analysis unit and information recommendation sending unit. The proposed program type analysis method searches for the relation between audience interest and the programs which audiences watch. To classify the audience crowd, there are two types of analysis method which are program type threshold analysis and program type cluster analysis that based on artificial classification of experience value and automatic clustering with arbitrary number of clusters respectively. The feasibility of the algorithm has been proved by simulated analysis.

Research of User Experience and Data Mining for Stereo Vision

Bin Bin Wan; Tao Zheng Zhang; Jian Ping Chai; Fu Lian Yin

With the development of integration of three networks which combines telecommunication network, computer network and cable television network [1-2], decision support system for stereo vision is proposed. Combined with the user experience which is given a model of the influence factor in this paper of Stereo vision, the data mining model will be more comprehensive and more convincing and the decision support system for stereo vision will be more plump and more practical. This paper designs the model of the influence factor for Stereo vision user experience which makes the data mining model for Stereo vision exhibits an excellent function.
