Development of suspending attitude self-balance mechanism for boom-orientated line inspection robot

This paper presents compound obstaclenavigating mechanism and expounds its navigating principle which meets the need for line inspection robot to navigate tower accessories. It proposes novel pitch balance mechanism and yaw balance mechanism according to the variation of suspending state and centre of mass when the robot navigating obstacles. It verifies the validity and feasibility of the mechanism via theory analysis and experiments. It paves the way for line inspection robot to work on overhead cables reliably.

Development on an automatic production system for Chinese Medicine plaster

this paper devises an automatic production system based on gas-film Spinning form technology for producing herbal cake of Chinese Medicine plaster. Its technical feature is that sponge circle is made by spinning clipping craftwork with a structure of backsword, and gas-film spinning forming technology is devised to solve the question that die is always agglutinated with medicine body its automatic control is realized using CCD, Photo-electricity senor, etc for information gathering. The result of production has shown that the automatic production system possesses a good practical value in production.

Study on spinning forming technology of herbal cake of Chinese Medicine plaster based on gas-film theory

Aiming at efficient preparation of herbal cake of Chinese medicine plaster, this paper put forward a new technology of gas-film forming based on spinning forming technology, and its working principle and equipment design of gas-film forming are expounded. Experimental results have shown that manufactured herbal cake features with smooth surface, uniform texture and high production efficiency due to non-contact between die and medicine body in production, achieving in increase of quality of Chinese Medicine plaster for automatic production.
