Zigbee is a kind of short distance wireless communications technology. The article discussed the technical characteristics, network topology structures and application prospects of ZigBee. And then a scheme on wireless temperature monitoring system based on ZigBee was proposed. The system adopted Star topology structure CC2430 chip of Chipcon Company and 18B20 temperature sensor of MAXIM Company. Through some related experimental results proved that the temperature monitoring system worked stably and wireless signals transmission had high accuracy, and the results verified that ZigBee technology is an ideal solution to realize the wireless monitoring network.

This paper introduces a detecting approach about the textile printing precision based on machine vision. First: by the model of rotary screen printing machine, we analysis the cause of the phenomenon of misregisteration, and summary the discipline of textile printing image combined by the technical feature; Second: we use the JSEG algorithm to segment the image, find out the edge of the image, later we make a match for the segmented edge information, to obtain deviation area of the image, and calculate the deviation position. Finally: Experiments show that the system has very good results.

This paper present an improved algorithm based seeded region growing (SRG) for color-texture textile image segmentation. The algorithm improve the over-segmented phenomenon of the color-texture textile image used Euclidean distance, relative Euclidean distance and discrete cosine transform (DCT) to quantify the color and texture information in seed selection, region growing and region merging steps. Experimental results show that the algorithm has good segmented results for color-texture textile image in the case of selecting appropriate parameters.

The application of CANopen and Modbus Protocol in rotary screen printing machine control system was introduced, making ZIMMER rotary screen printing machine as the research object, by Delta touch screen, SYSTEC CANopen series PLCmodule-C14, MOOG servo controller T161, MOOG servo motor G400 and OpenPCS programming platform. And it was shown that how to implement the communication between touch screen and non-standard controls PLCmodule-C14. CANopen protocol is a standard protocol based on the application layer of CAN bus popular in Europe, its application of rotary screen printing machine at China is still a blank. It illustrates a good prospect of application and extension.

Online monitoring and controlling system for printing machine is developed based on ZigBee technology and MCGS with some advantages of real-time, reliability, wireless character etc.. The article discussed the technical characteristics, network topology structures and application prospects of ZigBee. And then a scheme on wireless monitoring and controlling system for printing and dyeing machine system based on ZigBee was proposed. The system adopted star topology structure, and CC2430 chip of TI Company. The effective online monitoring and controlling is realized and the level of information transmission and management are improved for printing and dyeing companies.

In this paper, use micro-controllers, computers, communications, field bus, java and other technologies for flat screen printing machine constitutes control system architecture what horizontal dispersion, vertical hierarchical, realized the goal of information and operation management of decentralization and decentralized control, designed the framework of system, described the key technology of system development. User login through a browser, not only can operate a remote device and to obtain field data, but also through the operation of remote network cameras to observe the real production process. Moreover, CAN bus to transmit data with high precision and strong performance, and the running status of devices and production status of high transparency, can achieve the goal of digital printing and dyeing machinery. Not only that, but also saves the connection cable and a variety of installation and maintenance costs.

In the process of fabric production, the moisture content of fabric fair influences efficiency and cost of produce. Thus, it is important to measure exactly. In order to detect the moisture content of fabric quickly and accurately, an on-line measurement system based on microwave transmission principle was designed for measuring moisture content of fabric, which can achieve the non-destructive testing of the fabric moisture content. Focused on the moisture content measurement principle and method, using least square method fitting a straight line to obtain calibration curve between the fabric humidity and attenuation. Adopt PLC as the system controller, using software programming to debounce and filter the signal, and convert it into a moisture content, through the Touch Panel display. A comparison is made between drying oven method and this system and errors are also analyzed, further proving the feasibility of the equipment.

This paper presents a method of moisture content detection from fabrics based on microwave. The moisture content of fabric fair influences efficiency and cost of produce. Thus, it is important to measure it exactly. Firstly, based on the absorbency effect of fabric with moisture about microwave, aiming at the requirement of most corporations for inspection and control of moisture content for fabric, the microwave technology is used to inspect moisture content, that is to say, a hygrometric scheme of microwave is designed. On this basis, the tested data are transmitted to the computer through data acquisition card and LabVIEW is applied to collect and process the data. Finally, the moisture content of textile is displayed on the computer screen. The factors affecting the measurement precision are analysed in this paper. The result shows that the method is feasible and can meet the requirement of manufacture.
