Mine Ventilation Optimization Analysis and Airflow Control Based on Harmony Annealing Search

The mine ventilation optimization and airflow control are the mine ventilation systems two important aspects, good ventilation optimization design can deliver fresh air to establish good work environment and provide a scientific and reliable basis to prevent disaster. Based on the air distribution request of the mine ventilation network, carries on the optimized computation to the mine ventilation system network, fuses the dynamic perturbation and the simulated annealing to improve the harmony search algorithm, the improved harmony search algorithm enhances the convergent speed, has overcome certain limitations of the traditional ventilation network optimizing control algorithm. In the mine ventilation analysis, the improved harmony search through proper tuning these parameters was presented. The simulation results show that the method outperforms the conventional nonlinear programming approach whether from the viewpoint of the number of iterations required to find the optimum solutions or from the final solutions obtained. Mine fire is a very complex physicochemical process. Once it happens, there are lots of poisonous and harmful gas ingredients. Additionally, the fume caused by the fire will block the vision and decrease the visibility, which will impede human evacuation and fire fighting, moreover, it is easy to cause the gas and coal dust explosion. So it is very important for the evacuation of miners and mining salvation to research the air flow control during mine fire. Airflow control based on harmony search has provided a scientific and reliable basis to develop disaster prevention and processing.

Mine Ventilation Optimization Design Based on Improved Harmony Search

Based on the air distribution request of the mine ventilation network, carries on the optimized computation to the mine ventilation system networks nonlinear programming mathematical model using harmony search, uses penalty functions method carries on transformation to the constraint equation, fuses the dynamic perturbation and the simulated annealing to improve the harmony search algorithm, the improved harmony search algorithm enhances the convergent speed, has overcome certain limitations of the traditional ventilation network optimizing control algorithm. Through solving the optimized model of the ventilation network, the simulation result shows that the overall energy consumption of the optimized single-fan ventilation system has a decrease of 1. 64 kW, with a decreasing rate of 1.94%, and the overall energy consumption of the optimized multiple-fan ventilation system has a decrease of 9.3965 kW, with a decreasing rate of 3.57%, has obtained the good optimized result.

Vibration measurement system based on position sensitive detector

Purpose – Vibration measurement is needed in many industrial production processes, such as equipment monitoring, fault diagnosis, and noise analysis and eliminating and so on. The purpose of this paper is to propose a simple vibration testing system which includes the laser, the string, position sensitive detector (PSD) and the corresponding signal processing circuit.Design/methodology/approach – PSD is an optical semiconductor sensor that can fast locate the luminous spot position precisely, which means that it can output different electric current according to the luminous spot at different position of its surface. Moreover, the experiment on PSD sensor using different vibration source and frequency had been carried out. BIN-PACKING ALGORITHMS FOR PERIODIC TASK SCHEDULING

As the extension of off-line bin-packing problem, periodic task scheduling has many important applications in real-time distributed systems. For time triggered CAN control systems, two strategies to determine basic cycle(BC) of TTCAN are presented. Next-fit algorithm, next-fit decreasing algorithm, best-fit algorithm and best-fit decreasing algorithm are proposed to construct periodic task scheduling tables. Time complexity and worst-case asymptotic performance ratio of these algorithms are analyzed, and experiment results are compared in different problem size.

Based on the air distribution request of the mine ventilation network, solves airflow quantitative optimizing control to the mine ventilation system networks nonlinear programming mathematical model using harmony annealing search, fuses the dynamic perturbation and the simulated annealing to improve the original harmony search algorithm, new harmony annealing search algorithm enhances the convergent speed, has overcome certain limitations of the traditional ventilation network optimizing control algorithm, obtains ventilation systems globally optimal solution, has provided a scientific and reliable basis to develop disaster prevention and processing.

An object color recognition algorithm based on study-expansion method

In the robot vision, the color is the essential information in the object recognition and cognition process. Here proposed one kind object identification algorithm based on the color characteristic with the YUV color space, uses the study — expansion algorithm to obtain the spatial distribution of the compatible object color characteristic, overcomes the influence that the environment illumination change withdraws to the object color characteristic, and the efficiency of the recognition is improved by using “bit-and” operation in the course of color clustering, the validity of the method is proved through actual applications.

Adaptive fuzzy fault-tolerant voting mechanism based on EKF

In this paper, the adaptive fuzzy fault-tolerant voting mechanism has been proposed based on EKF, which can solve the bottleneck problem of voting when there are many fault-tolerant gyroscopes floating point input signals. Through connecting EKF in the original fuzzy voting mechanism, the adaptive fuzzy fault-tolerant voting mechanism has prevented the flaw that the fuzzy voting is unable to judge when the signal has a smaller deviation. Moreover, by designing another logical controller in EKF and combining EKF filter and the fuzzy logic method regulation measured residual and covariance matrix, we have achieved the real-time adjustment of the Q covariance and R covariance matrix of the EKF, which obtains better convergence value and avoids EKF causing the divergence phenomenon because of the mode abnormal or the information sloughing in the solution process. After simulation of four sets of gyroscopes that represent four sets of inertial navigation system, this adaptive fuzzy voting mechanism can decide the correct output, and this output may solve the question of the measured noise and the gyro error.

LASER MEASUREMENT KEY TECHNOLOGIES AND APPLICATION IN ROBOT AUTONOMOUS NAVIGATION

The laser ranging has extensive detection range and high measurement accuracy and so it is widely applied in navigation systems of the autonomous robot. But different environmental conditions have different influences on the transmission of the laser, producing errors of various degrees to measurement. The proposed range of influence in research on laser ranging LMS200 which is used in robot navigation under dissimilar conditions, by analyzing the primary factor that affects LMS200 ranging in a room and outside, contributing to the experimental contrast, obtaining experimental effects under environmentally influencing factors, discovering reflectivity, incidence, mixed pixel and visibility and so on that are environmental factors truly affecting practical application, builds the foundation for carrying out the ranging application of robot navigation. Mobile robots need enough sensor information of movements for carrying out autonomous navigation. The information establishment environment model in the completely unknown environment, depends upon itself to provide sensors to the robot that carries out autonomous localization and navigation. This paper also systematically introduces the applied research of laser ranging in mobile robot autonomous navigation, carrying out the scanning of the environment through the two-dimensional range finder sensor, proposed in autonomous navigation of map building and localization that uses two-dimensional scanning to obtain three-dimensional data stream, the experiment confirms that this algorithm allows the robot to obtain a very good three-dimensional visual structure drawing.

Analysis of Mine Ventilation Network Based on Harmony Search

Based on the air distribution request of the mine ventilation network, carries on the optimized computation to the mine ventilation system network, to find the global optimal solution for a mine ventilation network under given network topology and airway characteristics. The harmony search algorithm was used to find the global optimal solution of the network. An improved harmony search through proper tuning these parameters was presented. The simulation results show that the method outperforms the conventional nonlinear programming approach and genetic algorithm whether from the viewpoint of the number of iterations required to find the optimum solutions or from the final solutions obtained.
