Plywood with Soy Protein - Acrylate Hybrid Adhesive

This paper is mainly aimed at the problem of low bonding strength of soy bean protein adhesive,poor water resistance,with methyl methacrylate and vinyl acetate composite study made with rubber manufacturing class II plywood,meet the national standard,so as to solve the water resistance of soy protein adhesives and bonding strength of.Experiments that 3.5g soy protein, 5g PVA, 30g MMA, 0.3g APS and 100g water, modified soy protein adhesive bonding strength obtained is excellent, and cost reduction.Preparation of soybean protein-acrylate adhesive solid content,viscosity and strength of plywood detection.

Study on the Process of Extracting Xylan

Xylan preservatives are the new environmental, pollution-free wood preservatives, which are harmless to humans and animals. Using bagasse, rice husk, corn cob, birch and so on as raw materials to extract xylan widely used in industry. The optimal alkaline extracting conditions were: alkali concentration: 12%; ratio of solid to liquid: 1:10; extraction time and temperature were 2h and 100 °C respectively.

The Research of Modified-Soy-Protein – Acrylate Hybrid Emulsion

The main purpose of determining excellent performance of the system of emulsion through the chemical methods (MATS surface treatment)on soy-protein chemically modified, add a small amount of coupling agent as a horizontal cross-linker, and further enhance its water resistance and the strength of cement, in order to higher requirements. Research will be used description the solid content etc. of polymerization process used measure weight、viscosity etc., and analysis of particle structure and shape by TEM, SEM, analysis the surface properties of particles by FTIR, and ascertain by measuring adhesion properties of different emulsion on the same substrate by strength capability.

Study on Modification of Urea Formaldehyde Resin with Keratin

As the main adhesive types in wood-based panel industry,urea-formaldehyde has such shortcomings as high levels of free formaldehyde content and formaldehyde emission of its bonding product. In this experiment, we try to modify urea-formaldehyde resin with keratin through copolymerization reaction. Through the determination of such reaction technology as molar ratio, adding sequence of keratin and adding amount of keratin, we finally synthesized the low toxic urea resin. The results show that the optimum molar ratio is 1.3:1, the adding amount of keratin is 5% and adding keratin after the third feeding of urea is the best choice. By optimizing the synthesis process, we ultimately get the low toxicity modified urea-formaldehyde resin. At the same time, modified urea-formaldehyde resin cost has been reduced because extensive sources of keratin and low cost.

Adhesive Pressing Veneer Performance Study of Compound Sheet of Straw

Using veneer and Straw shavings two kinds of raw materials to manufacture composite way veneer straw composite panels, Straw is discussed when the shop is the amount of glue, Adhesive proportion factor effect the performance of the veneer, and this kind of plank makes a simple analysis of economic benefit.The results show that: SEM test proves that the API surface diffusion performance is better than that of UF adhesive. Urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive on the surface of straw respectively formed by the uneven and thick, API adhesive fillet formation is relatively uniform and relatively thin.In the production of veneer straw composite board is best craft hot-pressing temperature is 160°C, hot pressing time is 1 min /㎜, sizing amount of straw content is 12%, API adhesive formulations: Ratio of main agent PVA: SBR for 7:3, Crosslinking agent amount (P - MDI) 30% , density of not less than0.85g/cm³. The board each performance index of the optimal, fully able to meet the requirements of national standard, adopt the process sheet belongs to no aldehyde board.

Study on the Antibacterial Performance of the Antibacterial Shutter Blades

This study used Ag-embedded nanoTiO2, xylan and water-soluble Chitosan as antibacterial agents, respectively prepared shutter blades through the treating solution of the different concentration and the different drug loading amount of the poplar veneer. Through a single factor experiment, this paper analyzes that the different antibacterial agent, concentration of antibacterial agent and the drug loading amount have an effect on the antibacterial properties of the shutter blades. The results show that the order of antibacterial performance of the shutter blades impregnated antibacterial agents is the Ag-embedded nanoTiO2, Chitosan, Xylan. Comprehensiv-ely thought the antibacterial properties and economic index, the optimal concentration of the Ag-embedded nanoTiO2 impregnation solution is 1%.

the experiment through the environmental scanning electron microscopy (sem) research straw board and adhesive cementation interface surface morphology, found that the surface of the API adhesive diffusion performance than the UF. Uf resin agent in the surface of cover of the straw is thick and uneven, API adhesive is thin and cover of the formation of the uniform.
