We report on the discovery of Hellwigia obscura Gravenhorst, 1823, a species new to Korea. A description based on both sexes with photographs and a key to the world Hellwigia species are provided.

New Korean Record of Twenty Eight Species of the Family Ichneumonidae (Hymenoptera)

We report twenty eight ichneumonid species new to Korea. These species belong to seven subfamilies. Among them five subfamilies, Diacritinae Townes, 1965, Microleptinae Townes, 1958, Orthocentrinae Forster, 1869, Orthopelmatinae Schmiedeknecht, 1910, Phrudinae Townes and Townes, 1949, are newly introduced to Korean fauna. All specimens are based on the insect collection of animal systematic laboratory at the Yeungnam University Gyeongsan Campus. Photographs of habitus of newly recorded subfamilies, diagnosis of 28 species and host information are provided.

First Record of the Genus Probolus(Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae: Ichneumoninae) from Korea, Based on One New Species and One Newly Recorded Species

An ichneumonine genus, Probolus Wesmael, is first reported from Korea with P. fukuchiyamanus Uchida and P. cyanogaster Jeong. The former is new to Korea and the latter new to science. A key to the two species, and their descriptions and photographs of diagnostic characters are provided.

New Host Records of Ichneumonidae (Hymenoptera), with List of Ichneumon Wasps Parasitizing Ivela auripes (Butler) (Lepidoptera: Lymantriidae) from Korea

We report new host records of four ichneumonids from Korea. They were discovered from the pupae of Apatura metis Frever (Lepidoptera: Nymphalidae), Allotraeus sphaerioninus Bates (Coleoptera: Cerambycidae) and Ivela auripes (Butler) (Lepidoptera: Lymantriidae) respectively. Diagnoses, illustrations, host records of the four species, and a list of ichneumon species parasitizing of I. auripes are provided.

Six Species of the Tribe Ichneumonini (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae) New to Korea

Six Ichneumonini species, Barichneumon constrictus (Uchida, 1956), Ctenichneumon albomaculatus (Uchida, 1956), Diphyus salicatorius (Gravenhorst, 1820), Ichneumon ohtaniensis Uchida, 1926, Ichneumon kuroishiensis (Uchida, 1929) and Stenichneumon odaiensis Uchida, 1932, are reported for the first time in Korea. Photographs and redescriptions are provided.

Taxonomy of Listrodromini (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae: Ichneumoninae) from Korea

We record a new species, Anisobas prominens n. sp., as well as two known species, Neotypus coreensis Uchida and Neotypus nobilitator orientalis Uchida. The genus Anisobas Wesmael is newly included in the Korean fauna. An illustrated key of species and genera, a description of new species, and diagnosis and photographs of each species are provided.

We report ten ichneumonids species new to South Korea. These species belong to eight subfamilies, Acaenitinae Forster, 1869, Diacritinae Townes, 1965, Ichneumoninae Latreille, 1802, Mesochorinae Forster, 1869, Microleptinae Townes, 1958, Pimplinae Wesmael, 1845, Tryponinae Shuckard, 1840, and Xoridinae Shuckard, 1840. Photographs of the habitus and diagnosis of ten newly recorded species, as well as host information are provided.
