Recently, variety specifications have been developed using Universal Plug and Play technology. UPnP technologies allow home application controlling and sharing. People can now play or share media anytime they want and anywhere they are, if network-connected. In addition, Digital Living Network Alliance has developed this home networking theme. But many people feel inconvenienced with UPnP applications, such as UPnP Control-Point and UPnP Server. They are very complicated for users. If users try to play other devices(UPnP Server) files, it will take 5~6 steps of mandatory clicks or selections for them to do so. We focused on removing these inconveniences associated with UPnP applications user interfaces through developing a new concept. We simply called it Add-in System. Our system provides UPnP A/V transport services through an embedded legacy media player such as, Window Media Player, Real-Player. When users play media file in legacy media players, they can share media files through UPnP devices. Through our Add-in System, users have no need to know about UPnP service scenarios or service steps. If users want to share media files, just one selection step is needed in our Add-in System.

AR (Augmented Reality) on mobile device is beyond providing simple additional information. Moreover, it has extended its range to variety domains. The latest AR service for device recognition uses POI (Point of Interest), GPS (Global Positioning System) or digital compass. These technologies could not be applied well in home and office environments, because it is difficult to recognize small and uniform shaped devices like industrial products. Nowadays, other methods of device recognition have been widely studied. One is tracking device features. This makes feature model and then compares feature model with trained model. The other is that using bar code or RFID. Such methods are hard to get into user-space because dynamic device status, device sensing or recognition could not be made into trained model. Therefore, in inner space like home or office, AR has not been used widely compared to outer space. In this paper, we propose new concept of technology about device recognition using network profile information though a mobile camera interface. In addition, we provide preview method about devices service, contents, and real-time status information so that users can use faster, more intuitive user-interface in mobile devices. We implement the system of media server and renderer to share digital contents. This provides intuitive interaction for contents sharing just using camera preview.

In server-client model in Network, there is no guarantee that a user request will be responded to in a timely manner, especially via a mobile device. A mobile network cannot guarantee high speed; also, the web server response time varies infinitely depending on which commercial net is being used. Moreover, a small screen size can limit the user from seeing the full list of contents or information, so it is difficult for the user to pinpoint the desired location. Previous research has attempted to reduce the latency between a client request and the server response and has discussed straight-forward methods like using the cache control technique. However, these methods, in some cases, cause an increase in latency. In this paper, we propose a breakthrough method more effective than the above mentioned technique regarding the methodologies between the server and client. Suggestions are made based on the optimal combination of new cache control research using page flip based on user view and adjusting the cache buffer size depending on the user variable request. There is the limitation of displaying all the information and contents on the screen. We will provide methods to make full use of the limited representation of the display based on page flip contents list caching.
