A survey of the Lepturinae, Parandrinae and Prioninae species recorded in the Parque Nacional do Itatiaia, Rio de Janeiro State, Brazil, is presented. Five species of Lepturinae, eight of Parandrinae and 20 of Prioninae are registered, representing about 40% of the species that occur in the Atlantic Rainforest. Two new distribution records are registered to Prioninae species. Thirty one species are illustrated. A comparative table showing the respective number of genera and species of Lepturinae, Parandrinae and Prioninae that occur in the Neotropical Region, Atlantic Rainforest and Parque Nacional do Itatiaia is given.

Four new species, taxonomic, and nomenclatural notes in Hammatoderus Gemminger & Harold, 1873 (Coleoptera, Cerambycidae, Lamiinae)

Juan Pablo Botero; Antonio Santos-Silva

Plagiohammus Dillon & Dillon, 1941 is considered a junior synonym of Hammatoderus Gemminger & Harold, 1873. Four new species are described: Hammatoderus juliae, from Colombia; H. migueli and H. antonkozlovi, from Ecuador; and H. lingafelteri, from Mexico. Hammoderus spinipennis Thomson, 1860, and Hammoderus quadriplagiatus Breuning, 1943 are placed as junior synonyms of Hammoderus thoracicus White, 1858 (= Hammatoderus thoracicus). Consequently, Hammatoderus jacobyi Nonfried, 1894, synonym of H. spinipennis, is also a junior synonym of H. thoracicus. The synonymy between Hammoderus strandi Breuning, 1943 and Plagiohammus olivescens Dillon & Dillon, 1941 is formally established. Plagiohammus mexicanus Breuning, 1950 is provisionally transferred to Monochamus Dejean, 1821, and the type locality is questioned. Eight types are figured for the first time: Plagiohammus strandi; Plagiohammus mexicanus; Plagiohammus confusor Dillon & Dillon, 1941; Hammoderus spinipennis; Hammoderus quadriplagiatus; Hammoderus inermis (Thomson, 1857); Hammoderus sallei (Thomson, 1860); Hammoderus lacordairei (Thomson, 1860).

Checklist of the Cerambycidae (Insecta, Coleoptera) from central Bahia State (Brazil), with the description of two new species and new geographic records.

Francisco E. De L. Nascimento; Juan Pablo Botero; Freddy Bravo

A list of Cerambycidae species from three municipalities of central Bahia (Milagres, Maracás and Iaçu) is presented. A total of 108 species are registered, 17 of which are new geographical records for the state, are listed, including two new species of Aerenicini (Lamiinae), Suipinima flavumtuberculata sp. nov. and Aereniphaula bandana sp. nov. which are described and illustrated. A key to the species of Suipinima and taxonomic notes on Suipinima eccentrica (Galileo & Martins, 1992) are provided.

Description of the male of Eburella pinima Martins and notes on the geographical distribution of Eburodacrys aenigma Galileo & Martins and Eburodacrys lanei Zajciw (Coleoptera, Cerambycidae)

Juan Pablo Botero

Description of the male of Eburella pinima Martins and notes on the geographical distribution of Eburodacrys aenigma Galileo & Martins and Eburodacrys lanei Zajciw (Coleoptera, Cerambycidae). The male of Eburella pinima Martins, 1997 is described and illustrated for the first time. Information on Eburodacrys aenigma Galileo & Martins, 2006, previously known only from the female holotype, which lacked locality label, is herein complemented. This species is recorded from Brazil and the male is depicted for the first time. The geographical distribution of Eburodacrys lanei Zajciw, 1958 is further restricted here as some previous records are confirmed to result from misidentifications of E. aenigma.

Review of the genus Eburodacrys White, 1853 (Coleoptera: Cerambycidae: Cerambycinae)

Juan Pablo Botero

The genus Eburodacrys White, 1853 is redescribed. Four new species are proposed: Eburodacrys yolandae, from Colombia; E. eduardoi and E. bezarki, from Brazil, and E. santossilvai, from Venezuela. Eburodacrys curialis Gounelle, 1909; and Eburodacrys hesperidis Chemsak & Linsley, 1970 are proposed as synonyms of Eburodacrys nemorivaga Gounelle, 1909; and Eburodacrys amabilis Galileo & Martins, 2009 as synonym of Eburodacrys sulfurifera Gounelle, 1909. The genus is now composed of 89 species. The geographical distribution of 26 species is expanded and the specific locality in Colombia for E. ayri Galileo & Martins, 2006 and in Argentina for E. seabrai Zajciw 1958 are provided. Photographs of Eburodacrys species are included and a key to differentiate them is provided.
