The Fuzzy Evaluation of Surface Water Quality in LiuJiazhuang of QingZhang River

Basing on the monitoring data of water quality of LiuJiazhuang section and the analysis results of 4 years, applying fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, according to¿Environmental quality standard for surface water¿to establish the relevant subjection functions, the quality evaluation of surface water in LiuJiazhuang section is made in this paper. The result shows that the change about the water quality in LiuJiazhuang is not obvious, which belongs to the II Grade and III Grade water standard, and the conditions of water quality are better. At the same time we should take effective monitoring measures of water quality and methods, set up and improve the water quality monitoring networks for the regular routine monitoring and emergency monitoring, adopt a good way in the rational utilization of water resources, protect the health of people, seek the sustainable development of society, economy, and environment, and make use of water resources and water environment forever.

Determination of Trace Arsenic in the Qin River by Paper Absorption Spectrophotometry

Arsenic compounds are highly toxic and the toxicity of trivalent arsenic compounds is more powerful than others. There are many ways of its determination. This article describes the determination of trace Arsenic in Qin River by Paper Absorption Spectrophotometry. The result indicate that the limit of detection of this method is 0.001 mg/L, the standard deviation is 0.0007 mg/L and the mark-on recovery ranged from 95.0%~105.6%. Meanwhile, several problems needing attention about experiment process are posed in this paper.

Study on Gray Numerical Model of Air Pollution in Wuan City

In connection with the uncertainty problem of pollutants diffusing in the atmosphere of Wuan city, we monitor and put forward a new conception about air ground pollution belt, and get two-dimensional finite difference equation of air pollution. Meanwhile dispersion coefficient and wind speed are considered as grey parameters. One grey numerical quality model of air pollution is built according to grey theory and applies to the air pollution diffusing system of Wuan city, and simulates SO2 and PM10 during heating times and unheating times. The result shows the gray numerical model is suitable for application. Meantime, according to the simulation result, put forward the control measures of air pollution in Wuan city.

Study on speedy monitoring instrument of SO 2 in the air

The principle and advantages of the speedy monitoring instrument of SO2 are introduced in this paper, and the reliability, accuracy and precision are determined by the comparison of routine analysis. In the meantime, the method can monitor quickly SO2 in the air at a site without power, water source and experimental platform, and the analysis of a sample needs only 3 seconds.

Water quality assessment of Zhanghe River based on fuzzy evaluation method

Fuzzy mathematics method is used to establish the corresponding membership function in order to analyze the water quality during specific years and forecast its trend. The result shows that using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation can scientifically evaluate the water quality of Zhanghe River, obtaining the V, V, III, II levels for different years and producing the prevention measures.

Traffic noise evaluation of 14# building in Hebei university of engineering

With the development of high transportations and urban road construction, the noise pollution generated by traffic is a significant and growing problem. Sound barrier, an effective and comparatively inexpensive measure of reducing noise levels, will be developed to some degree. It will do much benefit to the living quality of the residents along the road if we can take good advantages of its technical property. According to sound properties and mechanical properties, the noise effect of the 14th dormitory is described in this paper. The target value and equivalent continuous A sound level is counted, comparing with the noise standard.
