Two-Nucleon Problem with Pion Theoretical Potential, II Singlet Even State

Junji Iwadare; Shoichiro Otsuki; Ryozo Tamagaki; Wataro Watari

Low energy parameters in the singlet even state· are analysed from the point of view of the pion theory. It is shown that the properties which are required for the potential in the singlet even state are as follows: The one-pion-exchange potential in the outer region, a s~rong attractive force in the r \~

The Triplet Odd State Potential of the Two-Nucleon System

Tetsuo Hamada; Junji Iwadare; Shoichiro Otsuki; Ryōzō Tamagaki; Wataro Watari

Predicted phase shifts of nucleon-nucleon scattering at 90 and 150 Mev are given. Triplet odd state potentials were proposed for the two-nucleon system. The shapes of the proposed pctentials were quite similar to that of the two-pton exchange potential which suggests the qualitative validity of the static pion theoretical potential at these high energies. Photodisintegration of deuterons in the presence of the pion-theoretical potential

Junji Iwadare; M. Matsumoto; Shoichiro Otsuki; Ryozo Tamagaki; Wataro Watari

The validity of the pion-theoretical in the d( gamma ,p) reaction was studied. Calculations were made for the Ml + El transition, using the deuteron wave function determined by the pion-theoretical potential. The agreement of the calculated angular distribution with the experimental one was reasonable. It is concluded that the pion-theoretical potential is theoretically stable in the outer region, (C.J.G.)
