Residue Analysis of Mepronil Fungicide in Soil

ECD-GCによる土壌中の mepronil の高感度分析法を確立した. 方法は加熱抽出, 液々分配, 臭素化, シリカカラムクロマトグラフィーおよび定量の操作より成り立っている. mepronil 処理後湛水状態もしくは畑地状態で2ヵ月以上の長期間経過した試料により抽出条件を検討し, 抽出溶媒としてはメタノールおよび12N KOHの混合液 (3+1) がもっとも抽出効率がよく, さらに加熱することにより効率が増加することを認めた. 数種類の土壌について回収率を求めたところ, 水田土壌では添加量の90%以上, また, 畑地土壌では同じく80%以上回収された.
