The objective of this essay was to reflect about the natural ization of the breastfeed ing , inserting the field of the breastfeed ing in the range of the women rights , seeking to destroy the paragon that biologizes the female body to the maternal functions , in special to the breastfeed ing in the range of the reproductive r ights. ln d iscussion we protrude the importance of the actions wich estimulate the breastfeed ing are embased in the notion of the reproductives rights, wh ich will al low the health professionals to comprehend the mean ing of the breastfeed ing in the womens mark of l ife and their everyday. By the end, we propose that the reproductive rights d rive the actions of breastfeed ing incentive developed by the health professionals , i n the perspective of to redeem the view of the women while the main subject of this practice .El objetivo de este ensaio fue refletir sobre la naturalizacion dei alechamento, inserindo el campo de la amamantacion en la esfera de los derechos de la mujer, procurando descubrir el paradigma que biologiza el cuerpo femenino para las funciones maternas, en especial para la amamantacion, a la luz de los derechos reprodutivos. En la discucion salientamos la importancia de las acciones de incentivo ai alechamento materno estaren embasadas en la nocion de derechos reprodutivos, lo que permitira a los profisionales de la salud comprenderen los significados de la amamantacion en el marco de vida de la mujer y de su cotidiano. Propomos ai final que los derechos reprodutivos direccionen las acciones de incentivo ai alechamento materno desenvolvidas por los profisionales de la salud, en la perspectiva de rescatar la visibilidad de la mujer enquanto sujeto principal de esta pratica.
