Single-chip Transceiver LSi For Spread Spectrum Communication With Smart Synchronization Technique

Kazuhisa Ishiguro; Yoshiaki Takahashi; Yasuhiro Yoshida; Kenichi Miyajima

We have succeeded in dramatically reducing the complexity of the conventional tracking system architecture with the application of our newly-developed, original tracking system. Because this new system has a lower power consumption level, it enable the application of spread spectrum communication to portable machines-which are required to be ever lighter, shorter, smaller, and more low-profile-more readily available. For example, these Bi-CMOS LSIs are used in wireless portable CDs, wireless headphones and cordless telephones etc.
