This paper presents a real-time interpolation algorithm of the space trajectory which based on the theory of coordinate transform. The algorithm can solve the path planning problem of six-DOF robot. According to the actual movement state of robot, the algorithm can obtain some key points for the robot motion path by teaching. Then it can realize the dimensional random trajectory interpolation by coordinate transformation after building a suitable dimensional coordinate. Finally it can obtain the corresponding joint angle though the inverse kinematics solution. The experimental results show that this algorithm has a good rapidity and practicality, it suit for the six-DOF robot real-time trajectory interpolation, so it is worth promoting.

This paper researches on machine vision recognition and positioning technique which can help robot automatically recognize and accurately position smart meter in complex industrial environment. Firstly, crude position of the smart meter is obtained by recognition of liquid crystal display (LCD) screen through picture pre-processing. Secondly, the center positions of four screws are identified. Thirdly, the outline of the meter is calculated by geometric locations of the four screws, thus the meter is identified from the image and accurate position of the meter is calculated though the this paper’s algorithm. Experiments show that our algorithm can identify the meter rapidly and calculate the accurate position in complex environment, so the proposed algorithm is practical valuable.

Lightning is the main reason to cause line tripping and service interruption, and its surge wave invaded into substation over the line is also the key factor which impact on the safe operation of equipments. Research on over-voltage transmission of lightning will be benefit to measure the lightning interference impact on energy metering equipments. Analyzing the transient process of the transmission line must adopt the telegraph equations. In this paper, the partial differential equations were discrete with the FDTD method. Then the equivalent power source of lightning is added at the starting point and the purely resistive load is added at the terminal. Finally, the transient propagation process of lighting was simulated in MATLAB. The three type of lossless non-uniform, lossy uniform or non-uniform transmission lines were considered.
