Antenna switch duplexer for dualband phone (GSM/DCS) using LTCC multilayer technology

The multilayer antenna switch duplexer is chiefly utilized for European dualband phones (GSM/DCS) and contributes not only to reducing the size and weight, but also to shortening the development time of the RF circuit and simplifying the assembly process. DOE and Monte Carlo simulation are utilized to develop the duplexer. These simulation methods are very efficient in shortening the development time and improving the manufacturing yield.
