Optical Study on Upholstery Fabrics

目的 繊維製品では, 光の入射角, 受光角が変わると色の変わってみえることがある.これらの関係をゴニオフォトメーターと干渉フィルターを組合わせ, インテリア製品について変角測色を行なってみた.さらにJISによる測色条件についても検討した. 成果 (1) インテリア製品の照明・受光条件が変わるとき経験する色の変化は試作変角測色計を使うことによって検討できた. (2) つやのある壁布, ガラスカーテンを正反射に近い角度で測色すると, 測色値が色度図上で光源色に近づくようになる. (3) つやの少ないカーペットでも製品表面に方向性のあるものは, 照明・受光条件により反射光量が変わり, 色差を生ずることがある.ただし, この場合の主波長はあまり変わらない. (4) タフテッドカーペットの色出しには, ボンテンとともに糸側面の色を考慮したほうがよい. (5) 壁布の大部分のものは, 主波長580nmで, 照明学会推奨の暖色系環境色2.5Y8/2の主波長580nmによく一致する. (6) 正透過光量の多いガラスカーテンを透過測色する場合は色度図上で光源色に非常に近づく.実際にカーテンをつる場合は, ドレープの影響で正透過光量が減る部分があり, 布の色が見えやすくなる. (7) インテリア製品を測色する場合は, 測色の目的により, 照明・受光条件を変える必要がある.たとえば, ポロシティの多いカーテンの測色には45°-0°で測色したほうが, 0°-45°よりもよい.
