The studies and experiments of hydraulic wave exciting mechanics play an important role for the development and application of new hydraulic vibrating machine. A new hydraulic wave exciting pattern using water-hammer is proposed, and the hydraulic water-hammer exciting system is built. The pressure-time change rule of the water-hammer exciting system is obtained by experimental research, and the time-domain analysis shows that the periodity of pressure fluctuation is controlled by wave-exciter. Moreover, the experimental results show that the periodic controllable hydraulic water-hammer wave generated by the system can be used as an exciting force. The excitation mechanics on hydraulic water-hammer has been discussed, and a new path is provided for the application of hydraulic vibrating machine.

The hydraulic vibration system excited by wave exciter is established. After analysis on Poisson coupling and Junction coupling in excited vibration system 4-eqation dynamics model on liquid flowing, pressure fluctuation and pipe vibration is adopted, and numerical analysis of fluid–solid coupled vibration system excited by wave exciter is carried out by using method of characteristics. The results of numerical analysis show that pressure wave velocity is descending, and vibration periodicity prolongs because of Poisson coupling; at the same time, stress wave velocity of pipe is increasing, and vibration periodicity is shortened. The results of numerical analysis agree with those of experiment.

With the development of the computer science and information technology in the field of automatic control, data acquisition system and the combination of analysis and processing system has been in a wide range of applications. This paper discusses the NI-DAQ-based data acquisition integration of the hardware and the software to establish a complete set of virtual instruments and equipment, and conduct error analysis in order to achieve an integrated system with high speed, high precision, and multi-channel accesses. The developed system provides an effective solution for the data collection system in real practice.

The paper introduces application of D6114ZLQB turbocharged and cold diesel engine fueled with Dimethyl Ether and diesel, including the power performance, economical efficiency, and exhaust emission characteristics. Based on the analysis on the properties of D30 (the ratio of DME and diesel is 3 to 7 )blended fuel, a series of job have been done such as designing the fuel supply system of diesel engine and optimizing the parameters of fuel pump and injector, both of which were processed on bench test of the engine. The testing result shows: the power of engine when applying D30 blended fuel is not less than that of original diesel engine (diesel without blended fuel); the fuel economy is enhanced at high speed and load; NOX emission declines obviously at low speed and load while there is no difference with that of the original engine at high speed and load; HC decreases slightly and CO has no apparent change; PM declines largely during all the whole revolution. The result presents that turbocharged and cold diesel engine fueled with DME and diesel has better performance in declining exhaust emission.

In complex environment, the auto-drainage system of mine is randomicity, non-linear, variability, and so on. For reliable running of auto-drainage system in mine , a design method of the grey prediction fuzzy PID control algorithm that incorporating the grey prediction, fuzzy control and the conventional PID control is presented. This control algorithm predicted the level of water storehouse by the grey prediction, the result can replace measured signal to participate in reasoning by Fuzzy PID Control. The simulation results show that the Grey Prediction can reflect intending change of actual water level. This algorithm has better performance than that of the common PID control algorithm.

In this paper, the fluctuation mechanics produced by pressing transient flow in a pipeline system and its propagation character have been analyzed firstly, and then excited vibration system by pressing transient flow has been calculated by classical hydraulic fluctuation equation, in which the controlled principle of pressure and fluid velocity are researched. After establishing excited vibration test system by pressing transient flow, the parameters such as pressure, acceleration and amplitude of vibration at different measuring point in various working condition are measured and analyzed by advanced signal processing technology. The results from theory and test prove that amplitude of pressure, vibration frequency and displacement, velocity of excited vibration system by pressing transient flow are fully controlled and regulated by setting frequency of wave exciter and system pressure.

In modern technologies the virtual equipment techniques can greatly help the fault diagnosis of the gear box in the sense that they can share the hardware and software recourses and compromise a self test system. In this paper the Labview was first used to set up the data acquisition and analysis platform. The data pre-processing software was designed including resonance demodulation and synchronizing average in the time domain, which can provide the analyzed data for the post-diagnosis. Then the BP neural network model was utilized for the fault diagnosis. The experiment results showed that the combination of these two processing methods can help reject the noise signals, thus expose the fault attributes and greatly reduce the false diagnosis.

With the fully-mechanized mining caving technique gradually promoted, fully-mechanized mining support coal vent has become the largest production of dust. The prevention and treatment measures are that spray is used to fall dust in the mouth coal. But the problem of dust pollution is not solved by this measure. The research of negative pressure dedusting mechanism is put forward. Through the research of the dust subsidence rule in the caving mouth, discovered that the key of the falling dust should be put on the small dust particles below 30um on the breathing level (which is 1.5∼2 meters from the ground). According to the dust subsidence rule, the dedusting efficiency simulation research of the negative pressure dedusting device is conducted, which has provided the theory and the design basis to the negative pressure dedusting devices design.

The multi-spots bending press is using for the brewery system composition block. The mold boxs movement and locates are related to the tune work. This paper carries on the simulation research of the multi-spots bending presss positioning device using the ADAMS software, and obtaines the cam — stop pieces displacement, the speed and the acceleration relations, which provides the important theory basis for the safety in production.

In view the problem that the instantaneous dust content in air is high and pollution is serious at the hydraulic support caving mouth in the mining face, the research of negative pressure dedusting mechanism is put forward.
