We propose Mobile Multimedia Synchronization Model (MMSM) as a new specification model including a two level buffer policy for Base Station (BS) and Mobile Host (MH). The proposed model has higher the guarantee of QoS such as the playing time than it of the previous work.

Implementation of Real-Time Security System by using Dual Camera

The real time security system using web camera shall correspond in commensurate with it in real time through classifying moving object and analyzing the behavior. But, as to the detection of moving object in real time image through a camera, it is difficult to detect movement correctly according to the change of unnecessary noises, lighting conditions and screened phenomenon. This paper proposes real time security system by dual camera and ultrasonic sensor, a method of advanced detection in order to detect correct movement of specific object. That is, we could improve the tracing characteristics by using ultrasonic sensor as measurement factor of changed position and verify through experiments that the information interchanged between camera upwards and in front of it have effect on tracing a specific object continuously. The results of the experiment show that recognition rate of object was 97.4% and the correct tracing could be done lastingly in a phenomena of screening object.

The Design of a DRM System Using PKI and a Licensing Agent

As the logistic environment of digital contents is rapidly changing, the protection of digital rights for digital content has been recognized as a very critical issue that needs to be dealt with effectively. Digital Rights Management (DRM) has taken much interest in Internet Service Providers (ISPs), authors and publishers of digital content in order to create a trusted environment for access and use of digital resources. In this paper, PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) and a licensing agent are used in order to prevent illegal use of digital contents by unauthorized users. In addition, a DRM system is proposed and designed which performs proprietary encryption and real-time decoding using the I-frame-under-container method to protect copyright of video data.

Key-pair(Public key, Private key) conflict analysis using OpenSSL

Abstract The development of public-key-based technique that enables a variety of services(E-government, e-banking,e-payment, etc.) evaluated as having complete safety. On the other hand, vulnerabilities(e.g, heartbleed bug, etc.) areconstantly being discovered. In this paper, a public key infrastructure to verify the safety and reliability, the collisionrate using OpenSSL key pair was analyzed. the experiment was performed using the following procedure. Opensslwas used to create five private certification agencies, and each of the private certificate authority certificates to create2 million, generating a total of 10 million by the certificate of the key pair conflicts analysis. The results revealed35,000 in 1 million, 0.35% chance of a public key, a private key conflict occurred. This is sufficient in variousfields(E-payment, Security Server, etc.). A future public-key-based technique to remove the threat of a random number generator, large minority issues, in-depth study of selection will be needed.

Extracting and Tracing a Specified Object among Multiple Ones

This paper proposes a real-time processing method to simplify the image input procedure while extracting and tracing a specified object among multiple ones. In order to extract an object in a specified area among multiple objects of indoor environment and tracing the extracted object continuously, it is verified through experiments that the information interchanged between cameras upwards and in front of it have effect on tracing a specified object continuously. The camera located upward transfers its x-axis data of the input image to the front camera so that the front camera can catch the area of object soon without computing the information of x-axis. The front camera can`t resolve the problem of objects overlapping till they share information with the upward camera. The result of the experiment shows that the computation for tracing an object is simplified and the accuracy for extracting and tracing is upgraded.

Educational information system using two phase feature extract in u-learning environment

This paper proposes an educational information system based on u-learning that supports two phase feature extract. A key frame selected by user in annotation-based retrieval takes query image of feature-based retrieval and by agent searches and displays the most similar key frame image after comparing query image with key frames in the DB through full image and center image, binary image histogram techniques which we proposed. Therefore, user can get more correct retrieval result by agent’s learning through repeated retrievals about video data for the environment education of infants. From experiment, the designed and implemented system shows increase of recall rate of about 1.5% and 2.0% as precision rate 94.2% for video data scene retrieval in performance assessment.

An Multimedia Database System Using Mobile Indexing Agent in Wireless Network

Indexing and retrieval techniques for various multimedia data have become more and more important as a diverse range of multimediabased content services are increasingly provided in wireless network. This paper presents a semantics-based video retrieval system that lets the user retrieve the meanings of large capacity multimedia data in a various way that employs annotation- and feature-based retrieval mechanisms in wireless network. As extract comparison area of optimized after learn feature comparison area, proposed system could reduce number of comparison area remarkably. Also, showed experiment result that improve more recall and precision than previous research.
