Construction of testing system for energy efficiency measurement of high voltage motor and research of key technology based on broadband sensing technology

In order to meet accurate measurement for energy efficiency of high voltage three phase asynchronous motor which ensure the smooth implementation of energy saving and emission reduction amount of influence σ of energy efficiency measurement of high voltage motor, establishment of high-accuracy equivalent model and the measurement uncertainly evaluation are analyzed in the paper. Experimental platform based on loss analysis for high voltage motor energy efficiency measurement are constructed. The paper elaborates the compositions of energy efficiency measurement platform based on broadband power measurement and overcomes the problems such as difficulty in broadband signal acquisition, low stability and low accuracy in traditional way, it adopts new techniques such as broadband test and digital fiber optic transmission which improve the ability of signal acquisition in different frequencies, analysis, transmission, processing and immunity to electromagnetic interference, which reduces energy loss greatly. Platform realizes energy efficiency measurement for the high voltage motor of rated power below 2MWwhose frequency ranges from 1Hz to 1kHz, based on variable frequency power, optical fiber transmission, fully automated operation and human-computer interaction interface. The quantity traceability analysis of broadband power measurement system in the two table methods and relevant test which conducted in the paper, it verifies that measurement uncertainty of platform and technical characteristics meet the demand of national energy measurement, and it shows the system has characters of advancement and openness.
