To improve the sensitivity of molecular imprinted electrochemical sensors, a molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) film for the determination of phenobarbital (PB) was electropolymerized on a CuO nanoparticlemodified glassy carbon electrode. Methacrylic acid was used as the functional monomer and ethylene glycol maleic rosinate acrylate as a cross-linking agent in the presence of supporting electrolyte (tetrabutylammonium perchlorate). Sin. 2014 Vol.30 1 引 言 苯巴比妥(PB)主要被用于水产品运输及饲料添 加剂和屠宰时的化学保护剂等领域.但苯巴比妥具 有致畸、致癌等副作用.长期使用有累积作用,所以 对其残留量进行检测是必要的. 目前检测PB的方 法主要有高效液相色谱法、色-质联用法. 但这些 方法需要对样品进行大量前处理,并且存在仪器设 备成本高、耗时长等不足之处.近年来,快速、操作 方便的电化学检测PB的方法正在备受关注. 分子印迹技术因其具有高度选择性、操作稳定 性以及可以根据需要进行设计的预见性等特点,引 起了国内外学者的广泛兴趣. 本课题组采用丙烯 酰胺为功能单体,马来松香丙烯酸乙二醇酯为交联 剂构建了一种测定葛根素的新型分子印迹膜传感 器.但研究发现这种分子印迹膜传感器的灵敏度较 低,很难适应痕量残留物的检测. 为了提高传感器的检测灵敏度,大多数学者采 用贵金属如金、铂、钯等,或碳纳米粒子进行研究. 为此,本研究为了增加印迹膜对PB的识别点,提高 检测的灵敏度,采用价格低廉的纳米氧化铜替代这 些贵金属来构建纳米氧化铜粒子修饰的新型分子 印迹传感器.并采用循环伏安(CV)法、差分脉冲伏 安(DPV)法及电化学交流阻抗(EIS)法对这种纳米氧 化铜粒子修饰过的印迹传感器的电化学性能进行
