This paper designs a kind of 25KV adjustable DC generators. The DC high voltage generator of the designing adopts the technology of linear regulator; voltage doubling rectifier technology produces the output voltage of the wide range of high stability. The generator has strong versatility, safety and economy. Through the simulation analysis, the DC high voltage generator outputs stable amplitude for DC high voltage 25KV through the divider in 0.1ms time, the maximum output power is 12.5W, the output resistance is 50 MΩ The experiment shows that the DC high voltage generator can meet the design requirements.

For EV, residual electric quantity of battery is an important basis for determination of charging and discharging of electro kinetic cell and endurable mileage of the vehicle during driving, but the current electric quantity acquisition is of defects of complicated process and poor accuracy. This work proposes estimation of residual electric quantity of EV realized by voltage requisition system based on 89C52RC chip, which mainly includes: use 89C52RC single chip chip as the core, utilize ADC0804 chip for conversion from analog signal to digital signal, and send the real-time signal acquisition of battery voltage of serial data by MAX232 chip, to realize uniting and adjustment of hardware design and software programming, and finally utilize the scheme and instrument platform in this design, to estimate the residual quantity of EV battery. Its proved by this work that the system can realize real-time and accurate acquisition of battery voltage, control of acquisition time interval, and real-time monitoring of battery status; and finally accurate estimation of residual quantity of EV battery.

Comparing to traditional mechanical hydraulic steering, electric power steering system has the advantages of high efficiency, fast reaction velocity, safety and pollution free, although DC servo motor is generally adopted at present. This work proposes experiment and MATLAB simulation of electric power steering system based on permanent magnet AC servo motor, to prove that permanent magnet AC servo motor can be used in electric power steering system, and has immense superiority and development potential.
