YOU KNOW that you have finished your term of office as chair of the ANS when No Limits comes knocking on your door for your reflections. On the numerous occasions I have been lobbied by nursing students and qualified nurses - particularly about pay and studying/working conditions - I am always asked what the RCN is doing about it.
