This paper describes the pineapple leaf crushing machine in detail, including two-roll structure, structural characteristics, working principle, two-roll processing requirements and dynamic balance testing methods, Knife sharpener and after knife edge knife straight knife with the composition. After fully considering the radial and axial positioning and balancing, the machine can effectively increase the number of hitting, cutting and secondary crushing of the pineapple blades after entering the crushing chamber, achieving the goal of meeting the agronomic requirements of a crushing operation. The testing results showed that the passing rate of pineapple leaf was 98.9% after the crushing and returning machine calibrated by dynamic balance test. The passing rate of pineapple head was 92.4% and the working stability was 89.4%. The unevenness of throwing and The average time to failure was 0.59 and 3.4h, the whole machine showed high reliability, to meet the actual operational needs.

This article describes in detail the integration of a set of functional, agricultural machinery management agencies, service agencies, and users composed of three linkage management technology. The technology will be fixed-point positioning of agricultural tools, job trajectory, image acquisition, workload calculation, index detection, agricultural management and other functions close in the management of agricultural operations management environment, the macro-management of agricultural machinery, command and control scheduling, operational statistics, development decisions and individual management play a positive role in promoting. Test: Based on the visual monitoring technology, the rubber plant ditching and fertilizing combined operation machine can finish the joint operation of ditching, fertilizing and earthing at one time to achieve the purpose of avoiding the volatilization and loss of the limited water in the soil, thereby improving the fertilizer utilization rate, efficiency, and lowing cost. The machine is equipped with Dongfanghong 804 tractor, ditching depth up to 45cm, productivity 1.63hm2/h, fuel consumption 3.4Kg/hm2, fertilization uniformity 92.3%, the coverage rate is up to 96.9%.

In view of the fact that in the sugarcane planting area in southern China, the plow foundation is mainly plowed and the hard plow bottom is formed, and in recent years, there are some problems such as the soil adhesion of soil components, crop stalks and other jamming tools and the high energy consumption of the machine tools in the implementation of conservation tillage techniques. Based on the above problems, we designed the 1SG-230-type rear-mounted subsoiling and rotary tillage combined machine. In this paper, we design and analyze the key components such as the overall mechanism of machine tools, rotary tillage and deep pine, etc., and evaluate the performance of the machine in field experiments with the intelligent subsoiling system.

In this paper, through the understanding of the basic structural features and working principle of the crushing and returning machine, the paper introduces Destructive testing process in detail a high perennial pineapple plant with high intensity and randomness and uniformly distributed shrubs in the fiel; b of the rubberwood land, and the growth of large areas of vines and shrubs within the forestland, with unknown environmental factors; c undergrowth of uncultivated land without main crops and hiding the working environment of construction waste and gravel. In this paper, aiming at the situation that it is difficult to control the amount of natural rubber fertilizer mechanically, this paper introduces in detail a kind of rubber ditch electric control ditching and fertilization combined operation machine, and its control principle, main structure and characteristics are described. The test: the use of electric control precision fertilization control system to take the first booster and then speed mode, the tractor carrier effectively achieve the Promise speed control knob can basically achieve the rubber fertilization precision control, The precision index reaches 94.3%. The fertilization equipment equipped with the control system matches the 80-horsepower tractor. The ditching depth can reach 22cm, the productivity is 1.23hm2/h, the fuel consumption is 3.1kg/hm2, the fertilization uniformity is 90.3% and the coverage rate is up to 98.0% , can effectively improve production efficiency and reduce production costs.

By measuring the physical properties of fresh green peppers and measuring the mechanical properties of the epidermis, the crushed and damaged data of the peel and the nucleus under different working conditions were analyzed.
