Research on application of run-of-river small Hydropower Station group short-term power forecast system in Guizhou Power Grid

It is analyzed the requirements of run-of-river small hydropower station group (RSHSG) short-term power forecast in this thesis. And the functions of short-term power forecast system is detailedly described from the software structure. Finally, selecting the data from April. 2016 and May. 2016, the application effectiveness of system is analyzed by comparing the accuracy both in time and space scale. The successful application of system in Guizhou Power Grid, has great significance in improving management level of grid dispatch and safe operation of the power grid.

Research on architecture design of wind power prediction system

With the increasing proportion of wind power in recent years, problems have emerged due to inherent characteristics of randomness and volatility of the wind power. Wind power prediction as a solution to the problem has received high attention. It is worth designing the wind power prediciton system suitable for electrical production, based on design principle, system function specification, and requirements of security protection for secondary system. It is analyzed the function specification of wind power prediction system in the industry standard — Wind Power Prediction System Function Specification (NB/T 31046-2013). Then this paper researches on the design of overall architecture, functional architecture and data flow architecture. Finally, it is presented a practical overall architecture of wind power prediction system, providing references for the future work in this field.

It is researched the exisiting management system, technical standard system, and then analyzed related documents, such as management methods, specifications and regulations, examination method, of wind power prediciton in China. Finally, it is provided some suggestions on completing management system and technical standard system in the thesis, for future work in this field.
